Yes it does. BestBuy now change warranty policy for this product. Just go back to the location you bought from with proof of purchase and they will replace. Instead of having to go through Zagg’s protocol.

Yes. I have used the warranty several times over the years and never had an issue getting replacement glass sent to me from Zagg. Only had to keep a copy of the original purchase receipt. Purchasing through Best Buy should even be easier. They can pull up your receipt and have the product in stock.

Absolutely. That is the whole point. For eight dollars, they install it or put it on for you, and will replace it if it cracks as long as you still have it on the phone. I’m telling you, it has save me thousands over the years probably. The only thing is that every time you get a new phone, you do have to get another protector and pay the eight dollars again, but that’s well worth it. This is definitely one of Best Buy’s best valued products or services

If I bought a phone like a years ago and the camara get screwed, could you change it ?

Yes. Not sure how long but ours cracked within the first week and Best Buy return/exchanged it for us
