until they no longer stock that particular glass. Then you have to go through the mfg to get it and they will install it. Mine went for two years before they couldn't do it in store anymore

Please try again later.Zagg will actually replace the screen protector usually at no cost, i would assume the term "limited" pertains too as long as the product is still available or in stock, also understandably they would only cover the screen protector and not the phone its installed on, its mostly liability terminology, no guarantee on replacement product shipping coverage though.
