You can’t! These are not meant to be peeled off clean and reattached. You have to ensure a completely proper and clean installation the first time so that the cloudiness you experienced does not happen. There must’ve been an air bubble or several air bubbles when you first installed the screen protector which allowed moisture/humidity to get in there and cause a cloudiness. You’ll have to buy a new one. If you do not want to go through that type of hassle I want to be able to clean and service a screen protector I would recommend a life proof FRE. That has a built-in screen protector which can be removed cleaned and reinstalled if dirt, moisture, or dust gets underneath.

Spray the mixture on the tempered glass surface. Let it set for a few minutes to catch all the dirt on the glass. Take a sponge and use it to remove the mixed cleaner. Take a clean soft cloth and wipe the glass dry.
