I it breaks later just bring in your receipt with the phone and you will get a free replacement. If you want them to install it, however, there is a service fee of about $7 no matter who installed it last.

From there you will be able to request a replacement if something happens and they will send it directly to you. The only cost you cover is the shipping. You do not have to return your broken screen protector. This can be done an unlimited amount of times as they are covered by a lifetime warranty.
