Questionsince the edges don't stick to the phone can you still use a case with this product??

- Answer Yes, you can use a case with the screen protector. I'm using an Otter and my wife has a clear spek (spelling) case - no issues. Just not sure how appealing the edges will look over time, since even with a case stuff can get under the glass edges. Would expect it to build up, though it hasn't yet on mine.

- Answer Not sure what the issue is. Have used for S5, S6, and now S7 and S7 Edge. If put on properly have had no issues.

- Answer According to ZAGG, there's something called a Glass Curve that is in development and will be out in 2017. Allegedly this will fix the issues with the Invisible Shield glass and HDX not fitting properly.

QuestionWill you offer a rebate to those who purchase this?Many of us, myself included, purchased this screen protector when we purchased our new S7 phones. Unfortunately, the glass does not fit the screen, as has been noted by nearly every review here. We get it. You try to create a product that matches the specs that you have, but unfortunately, you missed the boat. Fine. You made a mistake. Are we going to have to buy the corrected mistake as well? If so, are you going to at least offer a full purchase price rebate to those of us who purchased this defective product?

- Answer I sent an email to Zagg customer support this morning. They responded to me this afternoon! I won't go into detail about what all they are doing to make this situation right, but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you bought this product that you contact them and politely voice your concerns. I think you will be more than pleasantly surprised by the response that you get. I'll just say Zagg puts customer satisfaction as their highest priority.
