• I've always brought the phone in to Bestbuy and they replaced the Zagg under the free replacement policy while I waited.

• Yes! Every ZAGG screen protector purchased at Best Buy is covered under the Buy Here, Replace Here warranty. Just bring the damaged screen protector into a Best Buy store and they will replace it.
