yes, you can swim with it. No water collects under the glass.

I take it off when I wash dishes, shower, etc. Perhaps that is an abundance of caution, but I am not willing to risk ruining the watch to test the waterproofing of the plastic protective case. However, since I have to pop off the case to charge the watch, I doubt the case has any waterproof qualities. Also, when I applied the glass protector to the watchface, I was not completely successful in removing all the air bubbles . There’s one small bubble left. Without a perfect seal, there is a risk of water seeping under the protector.
