Only sometimes! The acceptance rate is dismal (less than 50 percent) even with sensitivity increased. I called best buy and they said I could return it. They suggested I go to store and take the protector off in front of team member so he/she can observe that it doesn't work.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It is hit or miss and in my case, more misses than hits. Even after reregistering my fingers after installation it's not 100%. I was assured by the Best Buy Associate that it would work after I told her that this is my third attempt of as many brands of screen protectors. Engineers just need to do a better job with quality assurance and make it work as claimed and advertised.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It works-after you mash your finger repeatedly a few times on it. It is not seamless at all and very frustrating
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mines works fine with my fingerprint sensor. Some apps my require you to redo your initial fingerprint scan.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This is certainly not a product I'd recommend anyone else to buy for a device like the Note 20 series or any that have an ultrasonic fingerprint reader. Mine got to be so annoying that I just removed it. I seriously had 5 or 6 versions of each thumb registered. The fact that I had to do that & still had more failed scans than successful ones. Successful being classified as unlocking after smashing my thumb down 3 different times, so 1-3 tries = success! That's really sad. Also, if it ever healed itself when scratched, I missed it bc it still showed those scratches. I bought the Whitestone Dome Glass after & it did a lot better. Expensive (not really if you consider it's about $15 more than this product), but worth it even though it still had a few issues occasionally.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You have to delete your fingerprint and redo it after application. Only then will it work maybe 40% with one finger. Forget the rest. You have to push with some force, but not too much and your whole finger pad. It's sometimes quicker to type in your pin
