For the Zagg products, the "Limited" aspect of the warranty seems to mean they limit it to the original purchaser/owner. So if you sell the watch/phone with their screen protector still on it, the warranty will no longer be valid for the new owner. Zagg will replace a screen protector due to manufacturer defect and normal wear/tear.
