NO, you will have to send it in to Zagg. Register it online. Then you can submit a replacement request. You will pay for shipping and handling (reasonable). They send it, when you get it return the product you are replacing back in the envelope provided. Its easy and fast. Well worth getting a brand new product.

Please try again later.You need to follow the warranty replacement process with Zagg, easy to find your receipt if you have a Best Buy account, don't think they would hassle you without the receipt but they do require the old one to be sent back to them. If you paid Best Buy to install it, they'll do that again for free.
