I think I paid $7.99 for the installation. Not sure if they will install if not bought there.

Wife had one installed on March 31, today 4-14, they want to charge $8.00. upset me, and went to Verizon. Should have gotten answers from the manger, but the little cocky sale rep, got under my skin.
