“How many times will the Zagg company replace the broken screen protector? Do they only replace it once?”

I have used the replacement as others have said 4 times. Today, however, it is not allowing me to make a warranty claim. I still have the account and all the replacements and the original registered purchase show up, but now it is not letting me replace. Paid way to much for this screen protector but was assuming that Lifetime meant Lifetime. Apparently not. Anyone else have this issue?

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Somebody said the replacement process is not worth the time. I just replaced mine. I went to the website and requested the replacement, which took maybe a minute. Soon, a brand new box with the shield arrived at my house. I mailed the broken shield back to them in the allready addressed, postage paid envelope. All I had to do is apply a bar code sticker to the envelope and write my return address on it. That's it.

They send the new screen and you mail back in their prepaid envelope.... done! No hassle replace I’ve been using zags for over 10years . Never had a issue ! They are worth every paid ....lifetime warranty replacement (a no brainer for me). It’s my iPhone , iPad and iwatch insurance! Never experienced a cracked screen .

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.In my several years experience with Zagg, once you pay this initial $50ish for their glass screen protectors you may replace it unlimited times free with a $6 shipping fee or $10 to have them install it for you at their location.
