“If you drop your phone and the screen cracks with this protector on there, do they replace your screen or just the protector? I thought he told me they guaranteed my screen not to break.”

Zagg will only replace the protector. It does save your phone screen from breaking most of the time but it is not 100% guaranteed

Of course if the drop is severe enough, there is always a chance that the real screen will crack. So if you have a slight mishap and you crack the screen, chances are it will just de the protector that breaks, at that point it has done its job and you just replace it. I manage over 400 iOS device at my job and this glass goes on every iPhone we have in the field.
