Will this help it the screen is cracked? null

My wife's screen was cracked in a star pattern, but the underlying image was normal. As long as the existing phone still touches correctly, and the cracks don't obscure your vision of the image, it will help keep it together and provide a smooth surface for your finger to glide across.

If you put this on a cracked screen it should protect it somewhat. But it might be best to get your screen replaced and then put this glass protector on. This glass protector has saved many screens from being cracked.

My guess is that this shield would stabilize the crack and strengthen the screen.

The only help to a broken screen is providing a barrier for dirt and moisture entering your device through the cracks.

If your screen is already cracked it may not help as you can not get secured appropriately. If it has a small crack I would think it would help to prevent any further cracking.
