“Using these invisible screen protectors with the privacy screen, how are they with using the internet and watching videos? Is the screen also dimmed when watching or only at times?”

Depending on the angle because it's a "privacy" screen protector if you are looking at it on an angle from the side it dims but straight on its the clear and normal brightness

It doesn't affect it at all when you're looking at it. It just keeps other people next to you from viewing what is on your phone. Basically when you're looking at it you won't tell a difference.

It’s only dark when off and when you are using it it looks normal only if someone tries to see it on the side it will be dark that’s why it’s privacy screen

Yes is dimmed even watching videos you have to make it bright to see videos somewhat bright

You can see just fine. Does not dim, very small amount of dark tint.
