Q: QuestionHow does the keyboard connect to the iPad?How does the keyboard connect to the iPad? Does it connect directly or is there a case that must be used?

• A:Answer The iPad snaps into the top part which is a protective case then you connect through Bluetooth. When done simply close the iPad as if it were a laptop.

Q: QuestionSamsung Galaxy Tab 3 compatible?So, I recently picked up the Galaxy Tab 3 for free from Sprint and have been on the hunt for a keyboard case that is NOT black and boring. Will this product fit my Galaxy Tab 3 7.0? I know they are both Bluetooth capable, so that part should not be an issue. But will it fit?

• A:Answer Hello, no, it's not going to fit. I think the Galaxy 3 is 10mm wider than the iPad mini. Since it's a pressure fit it's not going to work I'm afraid. But when in doubt just stop by at a Best Buy and bring you tablet and try some out?

• A:Answer There is a button on the opposite end of the charging port. Push it towards yourself and you will see a red light. Press the other button that is in front of the previous button you pushed. A blue light will begin flashing. Once that light flashes, go to "Settings", then "Bluetooth", and turn the Bluetooth on. Once it is on, it will discover the device as "Zaggfolio". Press "Not Connected" and it should change to "Connected". Go to your "Notes" on your iPad and begin typing. I hope this helps!

• A:Answer Yes, very difficult to remove but it fits like a tight glove. My keyboard keeps loosing the bluetooth connection if left idle for any length of time - royal PITA - have to go back into settings and turn off bluetooth and then re-pair the keyboard.

Q: QuestionI have an iPad Mimi 2...I haven’t used in a while. I charged the Zagg keyboard yesterday, I have the toggle switch towards me, but when pushing the button in front there isn’t any flashing blue light. I can’t get the keyboard to work? It use to!

• A:Answer The outside cover comes is many colors, dependent upon your Best Buy's inventory. The case itself is a rubberized hard plastic ... extremely durable. My mom accidently dropped hers onto the concrete sidewalk and the case held up with no cracks or broken keys. From the actual feel of it, I believe it has some sort of shock-absorbency feature.
