QuestionThe keyboard won't work anymore, except for the top row. How can I fix it?I charged it, tried turning off Bluetooth , unpaired and paired again. The circular icon just keeps turning.

- Answer The controller card must be broken. Suggest to contact Zagg support for replacement it discount in a new one (as long as there was no liquid or physical damage).

- Answer I asked this same question when buying a new case and the answer was no. You must buy the keyboard with the case. My son's girlfriend did not have a keyboard so she took the worn out case with the old keyboard and covered the old case with a durable material. It looks great now and it works great for her.

QuestionIs the keyboard part of the case?I am in the process of purchasing a iPAD 4th Generation Retina Display and would like to know if this case would be compatible with it? Also, would this be the best option as far as when it comes to drops/falls, waterproof, etc.. or would you recommend another product?

QuestionKeyboard types x'x spontaneously.I start typing and my Zagg keyboard starts typing xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx without my not even typing an x. The only way I've Ben able to stop it is to shut the keyboard off.

QuestionMy Zagg keyboard repeats typed letters, spaces, symbols, even after same day charge. Is there a time minimum for recharging keyboard or is it worn oueg. TThhhiss is whaat happenns usiing the Zagg keyybboaard. Veryy frrustrating. Eg. This is using the onscreen keyboard. Much harder to type but accurate.

- Answer I share a related issue and solution. Related issue… with the Zagg 9.7” folio,… … in Notes, there would be a bold yellow border on the left list of notes or on the right note… … in Numbers, there would be a bold green border around the spreadsheets… … and the arrow keys did not move the cursor for typing but looked to do something else I just could not figure out enough to describe it Thanks to this page, I went back into Settings / Accessibility / Keyboard one more time, and I found Related Soltion: Hardware Keyboards Full Keyboard Access Turning this off has the keyboard working without the bold borders, and with the arrow keys moving the cursor as expected. Thank you to this group for helping me find this!
