The parts to properly make this ductless (i.e. a cover for the duct opening) are NOT included and are not included in the accessories kit. If you install per the included directions, you will have an opening in the hood aimed at the bottom of your cabinet in addition to the grille at the front. Their support indicated you need to add your own sheet metal to the top of the hood to complete the process to make it ductless.
