Are the grease filters dishwasher safe? null

Hello, Zephyr Typhoon, Hurricane and Cyclone hoods are filter-less with a self cleaning feature. The centrifugal blower system automatically liquefies cooking residue in its internal housing. All hoods are equipped with dishwasher safe residue cups to collect cooking residue during the self cleaning function. Cleaning should be performed approximately once a month under normal usage of 1 hour per day. The hood may need to be cleaned more often if you cook heavily. Thank you for your inquiry! - Zephyr

This unit does not have any filters. You clean it by spraying cleaner into the fan intakes while running them for 10 minutes on high. There are two collection cups for the cleaner to collect into. So far the setup works well. I would suggest doing the cleaning weekly.
