QuestionI have a Zline gas range ..... and love the oven, accept the oven temperature knob is not intuitive. Is the dot between 350 and 400 degrees 375 or 350 degrees. Very confusing design

The black dots on the temperature knob for the ZLINE RG model series represent the corresponding temperature that is connected to the dot by the black lines on the knob. QuestionHow hard is it to get parts, and wher do you get parts and service?

- Answer Hi there, Thank you for your inquiry. ZLINE has a one year parts & service warranty. For parts, you would call into ZLINE to get any parts that broke or were defective sent to you for free within that year. We utilize a service called New Leaf to service our professional ranges for one year under warranty. You can also purchase an extended warranty that would come into effect after the manufacturer warranty that is included is expired. Thanks!

- Answer Hello, Thank you for your inquiry. DuraSnow® or snow finish is ZLINE's outdoor rated, fingerprint resistant, stainless steel option. This type of stainless steel is 304 rated and will have a non-directional finish. This range doesn't have a broiler feature. Thank you.
