For parts, you would call into ZLINE to get any parts that broke or were defective sent to you for free within that year. We utilize a service called New Leaf to service our professional ranges for one year under warranty. You can also purchase an extended warranty that would come into effect after the manufacturer warranty that is included is expired. Thanks!
