“How does it setup and function? I see that it connects wirelessly to a computer. Does it have parameters that you set for recording/overwriting, length of time to keep data, etc.? Is there any general computer memory size requirement based on #days of recording kept?”

This particular camera by itself doesn't have an SD card it records to, so your questions are really going to depend on the amount of GB on your own hard drive and computer. You should be able to choose in whatever recording software you use to overwrite the hard drive or not, once it fills up. One camera would approximately take a month to fill up a 500GB hard drive. The length of time to keep data, again, would be your own choice and what recording parameters you've set up on your own PC.

Please try again later.This particular camera is an IP camera and there is no DVR, since there is no place for storage on the camera, you access the video for the camera on Zmodo's website of which you can record through the cloud. You can set the parameters up as you would like. You may be able to figure out how to save on your own computer but I do not know how. You can also view the camera through the Zmodo app for your phone.
