• A:Answer Thank you for your inquiry. Zojirushi products and parts are also not dishwasher safe. Exposure to high heat and jet streams from a dishwasher can weaken and cause deformation and damage. When cleaning the non-electric parts, a mild dish detergent and a soft cloth (well-wrung) can be used to wipe down the product.
