QuestionIs it possible to record audio with the built in mics and the external input at the same time? I'd like to record a feed from a mixing desk and combine it from the sound of the room from the built in mics. Can you do this? Or is it one or the other?

QuestionI just purchased the Q2n-4K and used it for the first time this evening. The audio was amazing but I'm upset with the quality of the video - very grainy!! I was on the highest quality, video setting. I guess you can only record when it's daylight?

QuestionI would like to use this device for professional recordings of my singing (classical). When I sing rather high, there's a disturbance in the audio (you can also see that on the camera itself). How can you solve this? The rest of the quality seems good.

QuestionI can't hear no sound when i transfer my videos to my desktop. Can it possibly the SD card that's not compatible. Or maybe i'm not positioning the camera close enough to what i'm recording.

QuestionI can't download the file to my laptop, it recorded and I can see playback on the camera, I followed the instructions, but nothing happens.

- Answer I'm encountering the same problem with my iMac. I suspect that something's wrong with the DC5v port, because the USB cables I'm using work with other units, like my camera. I'm thinking about somehow accessing the SD card another way...possibly with the camera?

QuestionCan I connect the q2n to a mixing desk so I can capture a video performance of band but audio only from q2n input (from mixing desk)? I'd like to try and record audio straight from a mixing desk to q2n without using the q2n mic. Is this possible?

- Answer Yes. The Q2n has a stereo 1/8" external audio input jack.

- Answer Search the net and I'm sure you'll find one or more adapters. I have used a clamp on device with the required threaded lock screw.

- Answer Try formatting the card with the camera. I transferred a bunch of files from the camera to my laptop and got this message. A quick format fixed it.

- Answer I use my zoom with the power adapter all the time. I'd go broke feeding it the batteries it demands.
