QuestionI have connected my ZVOX speaker 2 months using the digital optical connection option. We have noticed the volume goes off (no sound) a span of a fraction of a second intermittently pretty consistently. Please advise OM

- Answer from my experience , I believe you would need to dismount the TV from the wall, plug in the optical connector and then remount the TV on the wall. The sound bar could be wall mounted below the TV.

QuestionSince my TV does not have HDMI Arc, I've tried a sound bar using the optic cable. There is a delay between the audio and video when viewing TV. Very obvious and distracting. Does this product have a similar delay problem?

- Answer Your Tv in the picture has a Tos-Link Digital output, so yes this sound bar will work with your tv. You might need a cord for that.
