Have tried everything, and can not make good coffee with this product. Same product have used in Fl and it made great coffee.

I was really happy when i first got my coffe maker.It was all good until it stop working for no reason.I want to use it but i cant find my receipt to do something about it.I wonder if i can still go to best buy and get it fixed.

Love this coffeemaker! This is my third one. I have a lot of calcium deposits in my water, so my coffee pots don't last forever. This one lasts me about three years which is better than most. Love the stainless steel pot, keeps the coffee warm for hours. Tells you when it needs cleaning and can be setup to auto brew in the mornings.

This is my second Mr Coffee brewer and it is even better than the original. I found that the design of the hinged lid on the first one often was in the way when filling with water but the new lid is completely removable so I can sit it aside. I love that there is no heating plate to burn my coffee. The insulated carafe keeps the coffee hot for hours. Best bonus? My carafe from my old brewer fits the new one so I can brew twice as much coffee at once for when I have guests! My old one still works after 6 years but was looking worn and brewing slower despite the regular cleaning. I could plug it in right now and brew coffee with it if needed. I don't do latte or capuccino, all those weird drinks, so a straight up brewer is just what I need. I hope Mr Coffee continues this one for MANY years to come.

We've had 2 Cuisinart 10 cup Thermal coffee makers during the last 20+ years and loved them. We love the Thermal programmable keep hot pots. The only issue was having the top that popped up to add the water and coffee. When the last one finally died, I began looking at other coffee makers. Although some reviews said the Mr Coffee didn't last very long, we decided to try one. We love it, and it makes great coffee. The reviews had some issues with how to use the coffee maker, but we didn't find any problems. We'll see how long it last, but so far it's perfect for us and easy to use.

I bought this coffeemaker because lately I've been drinking more coffee throughout the day, instead of just my usual three shots of espresso in the morning. I went with this one because it had a timer on it so I could set it to brew in the morning, and it has an insulated carafe which means the coffee will stay hot for about three hours without a heating element. It's perfect for when you want a couple (or more) cups of coffee throughout the day. Very nice design, and brews a great pot of coffee.

I had a more expensive machine that fizzled out on me and went to buy a coffee pot. It comes with a thermal carafe and keeps coffee hot even a couple of hours without having a heating element giving a burnt coffee flavor. I don't have to worry if I turned the pot off. It can be programmed to make coffee just before my alarm clock goes off. It's basic, easy, and doesn't have all the bells and whistles of my other machine that only lasted a year and cost 4 times as much. Easy to clean, easy to make coffee, easy to wake up to the smell of coffee. I use paper filters but you can also get the permanent one, which I'm going to do. I like it!

This coffee pot was easy to use. I like the set delay function so my coffee is waiting for me on those busy mornings. I also really liked the look of it. The stainless steel pot is very sleek, much better than a glass pot in my opinion. I would highly recommend.

I purchased this as a gift to one of my parents, and they love it! They have spoken of the high quality and carefe feature often, and it exceeds the expectations that they originally had for a replacement to their old coffee maker.

When I purchased this coffee maker, I was looking for an alternative to me Kuerig instant coffee maker. The K-cups are super expensive and they lasted us maybe a week and were only enough to make one 10 oz/12oz/16oz cup of coffee which was great on the go plus it was fast, but for the days I stay off work i like having more than one, so that's why I opted to get a traditional coffee pot. This does the job really well, it is a simple set up and the delay brew is both easy and a life saver. My only complaint is that it stays very hot for about 3-4 hours after brewing, which is fine but if you drink your coffee black without milk then it will be too hot to drink right after pouring. One other issue I found was that the compartment that stores the coffee grinds inside the coffee pot gets really damp. Not like a constant drip or a considerable leak for the area around it, but I have began to notice after months of it seeing daily use. I purchased the warranty so I'm not worried about it too much, but it is worth mentioning for buyers. There's nothing super special about it that other modern brewers don't already have, but for the price and it's quality/look and easy usage I will give it a 4/5 star rating.

Brew a full pot in 7 minutes. Great job of reaching a hot temp and also keeping the hot temp with a good thermal care. Easy to operate controls. We liked it so much, we bought a second one for our other home and threw out the Cuisinart coffeemaker.

This is the best coffee maker I have ever owned! I love the carafe. I have always tried to find a coffee maker with an insulated carafe so I may enjoy coffee throughout the morning. So manufacturers do a better job than others and I have had one before that I was really happy with but this is absolutely the best. I read some reviews that the spout slowed the pouring and I agree. However you can either adjust the opening a little or just remove it completely. It doesn't bother me and I don't refill my cup that many times. I prefer the carafe stays closed so the coffee stays hot. The styling is nice and sleek and goes well with everything in my kitchen. Filters are easy to find and it is easy to clean. And it doesn't drip! I have not tried the timer function only because I am not consistent in my getting started every day since I am working from home. Maybe when I get back into a routine I will try that feature.

I love this coffee maker. It is easily programmable. I set it up at night to have coffee waiting for me when I wake up. Water line indicators and easy grab area to fill with water. It is easy to use and clean. The coffee stays hot in the stainless steel carafe for an incredibly long time.

Is the best coffee pot I’ve ever owned keeps the coffee warm for a long time easy to clean, very efficient and just all-around wonderful to use.

I wanted a Coffee maker that matched my Stainless Steel appliances and seen this one. I love the style! It brews a whole pot in 2-3 minutes and the thermos pot keeps it nice and hot for up to 2hrs, and it beeps to let you know when its reached the 2 hour mark! I've had it for over a month now and brew coffee twice daily and still works like the first time! I would recommend buying this!!

The coffee maker itself has been working great over the past month that I have had it. The only issue that I have had does not deal with the coffee maker as much as it does the hard water in my area, but my water filter was essentially clogged by the hard water and it caused water to leak everywhere during the brew process. I had to take the filter out, but since I’ve done that it’s worked like a charm!

This replaces the same unit which was a 2012 model. There have been many improvements in this new 2015 model, all in performance, not looks and definitely not cosmetic. The display is much brighter and works all the time. The carafe keeps the coffee hot much longer. The only thing that was a disappointment was the water tank. The amount of water that is left after a cycle is much greater, about 1/4 cup, than the previous model. Overall, I would recommend this newer model.

Easy to use, detachable water container keeps water from spilling everywhere, one piece removable cup for grounds is very convenient, but the best, most outstanding feature is how long the pot keeps the coffee hot! I have had coffee 6 hours later and there is still steam coming off of a poured cup. The pot is cool to the touch and the coffee maker base has no heat element so it is not heating the room and using electricity. The only minor downside is that my old coffee pot was 14 cups and this one is 10, but since it brews in about 7 minutes, even that is basically insignificant.
