They do work.. however.. they do not play loud enough for my taste.. have to make sure there aren't many outside noises otherwise what I'm trying to hear through the headphones can't be fully heard.. also the range is not 33'.. maybe 20'.. but they do serve the purpose

A headset my daughter isn't destroying!

So... my daughter goes through headsets. As in, in the past, they've generally only lasted her a few days to a few weeks. Her mom has given her several of her old ones, I gave her a few of my old ones, and I'd bought a couple for her.
This last time that she told me her headset wasn't working, I decided that this time, instead of buying another cheapie, I'd try to get something higher quality... and I decided to go wireless, since I suspected that her destroying headsets had a lot to do with carrying around her laptop, using it in bed, etc, and that most likely, the wire was getting bent enough where it went into the plug to eventually short out or break.
So I got this one. It was more expensive than I was originally looking to spend, but it seemed to be of high quality, and it was wireless, with a USB dongle, which was important since her laptop doesn't have bluetooth.
So far, she's had it about a month and a half, has been using it constantly, and it hasn't broken yet. She loves it, and I'm happy!

The set up was very easy and it holds a charge well. The sound quality is really good. Other than the location of the mute button, this is a really good headset.

The Logitech H600 works as advertised, though not as well as I might wish for. The maximum volume could be described as adequate. The H600 could also do better with signal stability, though they work adequately enough most of the time. Disconnected battery life is decent, perhaps 3-5 hours.

Can barely tell if its on or on mute, there is one little light that sometimes is green. never quite sure if its muted and working for call center, i need to know for certain that it's on mute so i can speak to management or co-workers about them, without them hearing. Once i learned the sound in the headset that was helpful but i am still worried. The range is ok in the same room but walk right around a wall and it starts cutting out.Gave it a 4 because it was not expensive for being wireless, had i paid more I would be mad. Has not hurt my ears too much and i wear it 8 hours a day, the last logitech corded headset i had hurt my ears after a few hours so this is much more comfortable.

So I am at work and I just got an email from BBY asking me to rate the phones I just so happen to be using now(and have been using for a week. Why Not. They get the job done so far. No issues with the battery(8 hours and I place on charger 3 times at 15, 15, and 30 minutes respectvly). But they feel very flimsy when folding them up

I use them at work for online conference calls. I only have about 4 hours worth of calls per week but I charge it on Monday (takes about 20 mins) and it's good to go for the rest of the week. They are not noise cancelling but I don't need that in my office. Sound is perfectly acceptable for the price. Buttons on ear piece aren't easy to identify by touch only. They do squeeze a bit tight after a while and are a bit heavy after a while, but again for the price not bad at all.

Wireless headphones comes with a USB receiver that works well. If I walk away from my desktop I get about 15 ft before the signal starts getting weak.
They do get a little sore when wearing for over an hour during meetings. Sounds quality is fine for phone calls. There is a button on the right ear that has no indicators but it mutes your voice or enables voice.

This headset is easy to use and does not tie you to a USB slot. I can get up and move around the house if needed and still listen and talk to my team mates or just listen to music. I have gotten almost 8 hrs of usage (heavy gaming) before the headset gives me a warning tone that it needs to be recharged. I just simply plug in the charging/use cable to a free USB slot and it starts charging and still is able to be used to continue gaming. Recharge time is 3 hours and it is ready for unplugged use again. I heartily recommend this headset with its good soft ear pieces, easy to use mic and good looks, thumbs up all around!

The headphones are comfortable. Sound quality is very good. I was a little disappointed in the range. Once about 15 feet from computer, the audio quality drops off substantially.

The headset works great for my meetings at work, which we now have through the computer. The headset is light and comfortable and was easy to connect. The battery life seems fine for me, though I don't use it constantly, maybe on average 2 hours a day.

I got these for working from home because I was getting tired of my wired set and wanted some freedom to walk around. We use Microsoft Teams and I'm able to hear and speak on calls just fine plus all my music and videos sound good. The mute doesn't work with Teams but it seems that most wireless headphones have that problem. I tried a bluetooth-only headset before trying these with the dongle and I find these to work much better because my laptop's bluetooth can be inconsistent and I already have other bluetooth devices connected. The signal these put out and receive is strong within 10 feet and I can go about 30 feet and hear most of what's happening. I'd recommend these as a low-cost but effective wireless headset.

Working from home requires me to be on numerous conference calls and these fit the bill perfectly. Big improvement over the built in mic and speakers. Easy to set up and the battery life is good. Only change I would make is for them to be compatible with the multi-receiver so it wouldn't take up a USB port.

Great set of headphones if your trying to get rid of the cable attached to your computer. Works great for hearing and speaking as long as you are close by. Not meant for walking away and staying on the conversation. They are very comfortable and I have had no issues with battery life. They work if plugged in or not so a good budget choice for the WFH crowd.

Hello, we are happy to hear that you are enjoying your H600. If you're having wireless issues, here are some steps we recommend:
If you’re experiencing any connectivity issues or have replaced the wireless receiver for your H600 headset and need to pair it to your headset, follow the steps below. NOTE: To perform these steps, you'll need the pairing utility. You can download the pairing utility from the Wireless Headset H600 Downloads Page.
Initiate the pairing mode for your headset Download and run the pairing utility. Slide the switch on your headset to the "on" position. Press and hold the Volume up and Mute buttons together until the link LED flashes orange, then blinks green rapidly. Initiate the pairing mode for your wireless receiver Make sure your wireless receiver is connected to a USB port on your computer. When the headset is in pairing mode, click Next on the Pairing Utility page to initiate the pairing mode on the receiver. NOTE: If you experience any issues with the pairing steps above, in the pairing utility, click Back, disconnect the wireless receiver, then try again. You may need to follow steps 2 and 3 under Initiate the pairing mode of your headset to prepare the headset for pairing.

I really do like these, but you have to put it in perspective. These are probably the most inexpensive wireless headsets on the market. So, here are the gripes. They are not super comfortable. Not horrible, but you won't want to wear them for 4+ hours at a time or your ears will get sore. Since I only game for 1-2 hours at the most it hasn't been much of an issue, but I'm not as hard core as some of you out there. The second gripe is that most of the time I have to fiddle to get it to connect when I boot up the computer. Sometimes flipping the switch on the headset will get it to pair up, sometimes unplugging the dongle and re-plugging it works. Never had to go beyond that. So it's a bit of a frustration, but I just use a front side USB port. I've never needed the Logitech pairing tool to make it work, just one of the two above methods. Once paired it doesn't unpair itself until the next boot. The sound is okay for my taste. An audiophile might disagree, but I'm a casual gamer/movie watcher/music listener so it's perfect for that. Just know that for under $40 you shouldn't be expecting something that works like a $400 headset.
