The battery life (1 charge) is not enough to wear these (in wireless mode) all day, but the sound is good and the option of connecting via Bluetooth or their own RF dongle is convenient and makes them more portable. They also work nicely while connected via USB to charge. One thing I would very much like to see improved is the size and brightness of the "ON" indicator light. I find it all too easy to set them down and leave them on all night, so have to use the headphones plugged in for the first few hours of the day.

This headset attaches via USB and via Bluetooth. It has a switch to seamlessly switch between USB and Bluetooth. This has been extremely convenient for me, as i change between PC based video conferencing and cell phone usage in my day-to-day job. Headset is very comfortable. Charging is via micro-usb charger connection, and this connection is strictly for power - your computer cannot recognize the headset via this connection. Advertised battery life is longer than actual battery life, as i get maybe 5 hours of continued use without re-charging. Microphone appears to be pinned to be used only on the right side of the head.

I purchased these when I started to work from home, and I have to say this is one of my staples in my "kit". Just about everyone within my team at work use these headphones now. Would recommend. You may need to plug them in halfway through your day, I cannot get a full 8 hours of meetings, without a quick charge in the day. Just a heads up. It uses a small battery pack, that you might find in a cordless phone back in the '90s.

I didn't know that wireless had gotten this good. Was tired of twisted and broken cables so I gave it a shot. Bottom line, it is ridiculously light weight, comfortable to the point you may walk out of the house with them on (almost), and the sound quality is stunning (this coming from a guy with a $30k home stereo). Battery life is about 6 hours, but I wish it had hot swap batteries and an external charger for marathon gaming days. But if you are looking for a headset and you play less than 6 hours at a clip, then this is really a no brainer. I can't imagine anything surpassing this headset.

I use this ALOT. I do online computer training and I wear this headset for 8 hours a day . It's lightweight and comfortable. The sound quality is excellent. The only downside to this is no sidetone . You can't hear yourself talk like you would on a cellphone

I bought this headset as an upgrade to an earlier model that did not have bluetooth capability. Bluetooth works fantastic with my Samsung Smart phone and with a flip of a switch can convert to a wireless headset to be used with my laptop for listening via a mini nano receiver that plugs into the usb port. Good sound quality. Once charged it will last for several hours of non stop use. The older model had a slot built into the headset to transport the nano receiver. This one does NOT. Love the fact that there are no wires to deal with. Listening or talking capability is about 30 ft. from the source (maximum).

Logitech has always made great products. I have sworn by them for years for my keyboards, mice and headsets. This is an affordable alternative to premium sets such as Beats by Dre. The sound quality is good and it toggles between my iPhone and computer's music. The toggle switch could be a little easier to use but it is not a huge negative in my opinion. Really a great price point as well. I would absolutely recommend this to a friend.

The purchase is part of my home office set up. Being wireless has helped reduce cable clutter a great deal, the sound quality is awesome and the ear pads does not irritate my ears as other have done in the past. My only issue is with battery life, it does not take me through my 10 hour shift. I have to give it a little charge during my shift so it makes it through.

Great BT headphone for music and calls

I had my fair share of BT headsets and wireless headphones with mic. I certainly did not want anymore wired headset where I have to hold the mic also. I was looking for a dedicated headset that I can primarily use for VOIP on my laptop, Skype, and GoToMeeting. I was also looking for a decent headphone with audio clarity and a tight bass but not boomy. The HS800 fulfilled all of that and then some. I was ok with using the Logitech USB unifier but it is a big plus to have Bluetooth. I can now switch from using it on my laptop to my cell phone and answer calls too. For music listening -- WOW is the only word I can say. I've always liked Logitech's attention to music fidelity and this one does not disappoint. It does look a bit like "Princess Leia's bun hair" but I love this thing. I would rate it at 5 stars but 4 stars for now because Skype gets confused on which audio output device to use when I also have GoToMeeting turned on. Maybe it's a Skype problem but I have to power on/off the headset sometimes. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase.

I really like these. Comfortable and clear sound. The issue I have is that the charge doesn't last too long and it doesn't work so well with multiple applications. I use Skype, a voip phone, sococo, webex, etc and sometimes it won't be set as default. I've tried a bunch of things but just can't get it to work all the time. Also not so easy to switch between Bluetooth and USB connection.

I got this this headset to attend conference calls while working from home. This headset functions well for its price. I have a headset at work which costs almost double but it has a lot disturbance on Bluetooth. The in-built rechargeable battery lasts quite a long time, which is great! I've owned the headset for nearly a year and it's working just fine. I have Bluetooth pairing videos for H800 that you can checkout : iPhone: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DXx6-2Oq5Nk Samsung Galaxy: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0vcOk3q0gXM

The Logitech H800 headset is really good. I use them everyday for work. We use Microsoft Lync for our conference call system. The headset works great. I also use them for watching Netflix. Nice all around sound. Last, I have paired it via Bluetooth with my Samsung Galaxy S4. It works great. There are a few things that could be improved. I only get about 5 hours of use on a full charge. The other thing that bugs me is the small power and wireless selector slide switch. It is a little small. I need to use my fingernail to slide it into position. One final note: The sound of your voice to others tends to be a bit echoing or speakerphone-like. Everyone can hear you just fine. I also have a wired Logitech headset and the voice quality is much better wired vs Bluetooth. If you are on the fence about buying, buy them. You will not regret the purchasing. Overall, I am very happy with the purchase.

As many do now, I work from home. I spend 80% of my time on calls using a speaker connected to my laptop. But this did not give me much freedom to walk around, get a 2nd cup of tea, etc. So I decided to give these a try. I am very happy with the quality and fit. Not to heavy and it fits nice on the ear. I can hear everyone very clearly, but my co-workers tell me I sound robotic at times. i wish the range was larger, as I start to lose the connection when I am in my kitchen; which is about 25 feet away.

    Decent Wireless Headset

I picked these up after trying to find other wireless headsets. Most wireless ones seem to go around the ears, which becomes very painful to me. I prefer headsets that sit on my ears (not around them). Installation was simple. Install the utility software and you can start/pause music via iTunes (comes in handy when someone calls). The headset can not use the Logitech Unifying receiver so you will need to use the receiver it comes with, or use it via Bluetooth. I have it use RF to my PC and Bluetooth to my phone so if I get a call on my PC I'm ready. If I get one on my phone I just need to flip a switch, wait a couple of seconds and then the headset it working with my phone. I use the headset quite a bit throughout the day (I don't use speakers so all sound is directed through my headset and I use VoIP to make calls). The battery life is rated at 6hrs and I get about that before I have to plug it in. Luckily the headsets can be used while they are plugged in but I would prefer to not have to plug in to make it a full day at work. A 12hr battery would be a better fit for me. I would even settle for being able to buy a separate battery (which you can do on Logitech's web site) but there isn't a separate charger for the spare battery available for purchase. In the end I get the performance out of this headset I need.

I had a wired Plantronics headset that I have been using for a couple of years. About a month ago I had a number of online meetings which my headset audio out just died. I thought it was a computer or application issue. After our IT dept found out that it wasn't I decided to take a look at a few wireless headsets. After talking with a Best Buy sales clerk i decided to buy a Logitech wireless H800 RF on-ear headset. It turns out the issue was my older wired headset. I also found the Logitech headset is even more comfortable even wearing them for several hours at a time. The best part is the sound quality is like being in the same room as the other people on the calls. Great product

Love the sound and battery life of this headset, but I do find that I can't get the full feet mentioned on the packaging. If I go from my computer, to my kitchen sink—Which is 13 feet away from the sensor (I measured)—The sound starts breaking up with a bad connection.
