I've been working from home since the pandemic and it will be a while until my work place allows us back in the office. I decided to invest in my home office equipment. I purchased these particul Logitech headsets for 3 reasons: (1) affordable, (2) lightweight and comfortable, (3) wireless. I am in several Zoom meetings throughout the day and using my earbuds all day long was uncomfortable. These Logitech headsets have worked wonderfully and the sound and mic are great.

Sound and voice quality is very good, and bluetooth range is better than expected. However, time between charges seem to go fast.

Excellent sound quality for the microphone. Solid sound quality for the earphones (not as good as some gamer headsets but definitely a better mic. It’s better than any previous headset I’ve had). Super light weight and confortable. Overall, an excellent headset.

Bought this headset at the outset of the Covid lockdown as I was stuck working from home and needed a good wireless headset. This was literally the only one Best Buy had left in the store so I didnt have much choice. It works well, via bluetooth or wireless adapter and the audio is clear. It does what I needed it to do, although I found out really quickly that it will not last for my entire 12 hour day on a single charge when my day is hectic. It feels a bit flimsy and plastic for a $70 piece of equipment but is still far cheaper than the Jabras and the Plantronics we normally use in my office (and are only barely better). Overall, a good purchase in a pinch.

Product is easy to use out of the box. Good for light to medium use or needs to charge more often for daily use. Bluetooth a little more complicated to pair, but usb pairs easily. Sound is great for office productivity but low for gaming. lightweight headset, comfortable.

Logitech H800 - Mostly good

This headset mostly lived up to our expectations and needs. But it fell short in one crucial area and were it not for the good Bluetooth response it would have been a failure for us. We have a Logitech M317 mouse that is in use on the year old HP laptop that the H800 headset was being connected to. We could not get the headset's wireless dongle to work when the mouse dongle was connected. Fortunately the Bluetooth connection worked flawlessly and with very good distance range (we verified more than 25 ft--the limit in the area where we use the laptop), so we didn't have to use the wireless dongle. Battery life when fully charged seems to be in the range of what Logitech claims. We get over 5 hours before it needs re-charging. Listening sound quality is decent, and the quality that others hear through the microphone is good. I give it four stars rather than five due to the apparent incompatibility between this and the M317 Logitech mouse.

There are very few headphones that work with Bluetooth. There are plenty of tiny headsets for cellphones but not suited for 8 hours of calls. Luckily this one is close to perfect. It's light and comfortable for what it is. It doesn't get hot on the ears. It's call quality on skype is as good as I've had on any device. It connects via Bluetooth dongle or directly over Bluetooth. I could not get it successfully connected to my laptop without dongle but I'm glad it ended up that way. It has a flip switch to use the dongle or just the Bluetooth. Once connected to my mobile phone, I can switch from computer to phone via the headphone switch. Awesome. The experience for whomever is on the other end is as good as any headset I've owned. This picks up my voice and suppresses other noise better. I have devices that can go further from source but this one is adequate. I can go to another room but not much further. I'd say it'll go 25 to 30 feet but I haven't tested without obstructing walls.

I bought two pair of the headphones. One for the desktop and one for the laptop. For the price they are the best thing I ever bought as an accessory. The sound is good and the controls are very handy. The range is great and the ease of using with NO cord is super. Highly recommend.

Great Headphones

Great headphones and very easy to use, they have very good sound too. I have had my headphones for one week shy of 1 year and the only problems with using them I have had are actually kind of minimal. For example, if you go beyond the range they beep and flash and then it is a super big pain to get them to resync back up with the computer. I had to unplug the little USB device and replug it in to get it to work again. I have also had this happen randomly once or twice since I have been using them.
I use them every day and I watch movies, do work, make many telephone calls using my computer, and they hold up well. Other people say they sound great too, unless I have a bad internet connection. My computer is smart enough to know that all phone calls go to the headset.
Now my problem is recharging them, the plug does not always hold in place correctly. So you have to make sure they are charging by sitting them at an odd angle, to get the plug to be recognized when it is plugged in. Otherwise they do not charge properly and then they are useless, since you can not even have them plugged in while using them, if the plug is not working correctly.
I am looking for a way to use the limited warranty on the box, maybe Best Buy will help me. If not for this final problem, I would give these headphones a 5 star review. But with this problem, after only a year, I am not really happy.

I have several sets of earphones and earbuds, but this is my only set of earphones with a microphone. The sound quality is great, they are comfortable for long gaming sessions or watching movies, and the Bluetooth options are nice to have.
My only negative comments are the fact that the mic seems to go to sleep when not being used so there is a delay when gaming if you are talking consistently and it can sometimes be confusing how to unpair from one device and pair to another while both devices are on.

Excellent choice to replace my broken wired headset. Wireless gives me more freedom. Sound quality is good and clear. Battery life is not bad as long as you remember to turn it off when not using it.

These are not noise cancelling, but they are awesome on the ear headphones. Sound compares well w/ Bose. PLUS - one of the few headphones which connect w/ Bluetooth and have a BOOM MIC. This allows you to overcome your road noise so others can hear you clearly. Much better than a mic in the headphone or on the wire. Other headphones w/ boom mic are either wired, or over the ear which prevents you from hearing others in the car or emergency sounds. One of a kind and a steal at the price of under $70.00.

Sound: Nice, flat sound signature. Crisp bass, but not too much of it. Not for bassheads, but surprisingly nice sounding for those with a more sophisticated headphone experience.
Comfort: Pretty comfortable, even with glasses. The clamping force on your ears is very light. Very lightweight headphone overall.
Build: A little flimsy. Because they are so lightweight, they carry movement and touching noise. I was a little scared of plugging in and removing the charging cable because the headphones seem a little frail and the charging port failing is the top complaint among reviews.
Overall: Great quality headset. Surprisingly good enough to use for music and movies. Being able to hook this up to your PC (wireless dongle) and Phone (bluetooth) is pretty slick. Maybe not worth MSRP, especially if the charging port fails like the reviews lead us to believe, but for a discount price I think they are worth a purchase.

Five stars because the price was right, it works, I use it all the time. What more can you ask? I use it with my computer in regular mode. Use it with my phone in bluetooth. Clear sound, both speaking and listening. Battery holds a decent charge.

Worked good for about a month til the battery started to go. If you are looking for all day use, comfort wise, these were great. Sound Wise, also great. Playing spotify through them will kill the battery very quickly and had to leave plugged in while using. Went with a pair of seisenheiser headphones to work as a headset and the battery is strong enough to last a full day. If you need a starter pair for basic use, these will do. you get what you pay for.

I wasn't looking to get the Bluetooth enabled headset but it was the only one on the shelf under $100 so... I usually buy Logitech and have been pleased with them. These ones connect to my phone and iPhone/Pad/Pod wirelessly thanks to the Bluetooth and it makes me very happy! I normally use them in conjunction with my computer but they seem to only be at the computer these days when they need to be charged. Would recommend and buy again.

Nice headset - perfect for what it is designed for. This is not a gaming headset - but for attending meeting via Zoom and Teams it is perfect. The fact that it comes with a wireless USB dongle means that you can also use it with computers that are not bluetooth capable. Only complaint is that the range when using usb is poor - after about 20 feet you will begin to loose signal. However i would expect that the range when using bluetooth is better. Overall, it is a good purchase and would definitely make again
