Best vacuum I've ever purchased. It puts any Dyson to shame. Easy to use, lots of great attachments and settings and loads of suction. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a new high powered vacuum.

This is the best vacuum! I originally bought a dyson and it was very difficult to maneuver and the ball made it too tough to get into the places I needed it to go. I returned the dyson for the Shark and I am extremely pleased with my Shark! I learned my lesson from my other experience so I actually took in a piece of extra carpeting from my house and asked to use the Shark on the laminate floors and the carpets in the stores. (I tried some other options as well) The Best Buy associates were great and I'm sure were entertained by a customer sweeping their store, but I wanted to be confident in my purchase. I have wood floor and carpeting and I did NOT want to have to purchase two separate vacuums. It does great on both floor surfaces and picks up the fine dust as well. It is "fun" to put it behind the couch and have the LED light shine on the dust and suck it up! I would definitely buy this again!!

This vacuum is versatile and is easily transformable based on the rug cleaning you are doing. Attachments are easy to hook on and off. Suction is excellent. Highly recommend this vacuum.

Very pleased with my purchase. Great suction (picks up more than any of my previous vacuum cleaners). It is easy to empty and the filters are simple to replace. My first Shark but it won't me my last.

Very happy with this purchase. The vacuum is amazing on carpets. I can't believe how much it picked up. It is also very good on wood floors. Very easy to use - the engineers of this product were very clever.

Very powerful, picks up everything. We have a Sebo also, this picks up more. Designed well, easy to get used to. Well see if it last but who cares I could buy 4 of these for 1 Sebo.

Overall I love this vacuum, easy to empty, ease of use. Lots of cleaning tools, definitely gets up the hair, this leads to the big reason I didn't give 5 stars. I continuously have to cut the hair of the roller brush. I think the brush should come off rather easy for cleaning purposes. The first day I used it, I had to step 3 times to clean the brush. It is doing it's job, but this annoying. Also the flexi hose is not flexi enough, when using the hose, It pulls the vacuum and causes it to fall over. It's a great vacuum otherwise especially if you have a larger home to clean.

This is a great vacuum. Last vacuum was a Dyson and it doesn't compare to the terrific job this Shark accomplishes. Only negative is it is rather top heavy.

I replaced an older Shark model with this one. Initially interested in the product based on the daily deal price offer and am so glad I bought it. This model has improvements since my last model. The canister is bigger which I like. I have a dog and vacuum quite a bit of hair and dirt due to him. The power cord is longer, which is a plus. The wand/head for getting under the couch, coffee table, etc. is longer on this model and is very helpful for the areas I need to vacuum. I am really excited and beyond pleased with this model and product. Highly recommend it!!! In fact I did and my daughter bought one too. Even her husband commented on how much he likes it.

Love my shark. It is lightweight and very easy to move in hard places. Works very well.

My wife wanted a good vacuum cleaner. Since liked her Shark steam mop, she wanted to try the Shark vacuum. She thinks it is the best vacuum we have ever owned. I used it a couple of times as a hand-held vacuum, and it is better than average, but the hose limits the reach. Well worth the price.

Great suction and power,excellent for carpets, but doesn't do good on hardwood floors.

So far so good! My old Dyson stopped picking up, but I didn't realize how long it had been under performing until I first vacuumed with my new Shark. I knew what I was getting, but dealing with the style of vacuum is taking some getting used to. I do not plan to use the stand with wheels thing much, but it is where the attachments are stored. I use them every time I vacuum, so it is somewhat inconvenient. However, I have legs and can deal with it. I love how the vacuum performs. The vacuum head is also small enough to get under the first few inches of furniture that my past vacuum could not get under. I recommend the shark.

This is the first shark vacuum I’ve owned always had a Dyson. I like the shark better it’s easy to use and has a variety of attachments.

Bought this model because of the versatility. It has the option of being traditional upright or canaster. The amount of suction is amazing in its self and emptying it with the press of a button.

I use this vacuum in my business and it works as well as ones that cost more. This vacuum is used all day and is easy to use and change the heads. Works great on hard floors as well as carpet.

The quality is great for the price. Its very easy to use, and it's light weight. You won't believe how well it cleans! There are also several attachments to help with different purposes.

Very effective cleaning, easy to use and maintain, good container capacity, much better bang for buck than the higher priced brands.

With so much selection and variety, I wasn't inclined to spend the money for this vacuum BUT I am glad I did. It's very powerful & versatile. Simply put, "you get what you pay for."
