I have never thought that I could make Starbucks quality coffee. Well, it happened! It took some time to get my boyfriend who is a steak and potato, black coffee only kinda guy, to get on board with what he calls "girlie coffees". Once he realized how easy and AMAZING they taste...he is the one in the house who always asks if us girls if we want HIM to make us some. He is now the "Barista Master". Super easy to clean up and the coffee stays HOT for HOURS after making it. VERY user friendly (easy to figure out the settings) and so great tasting!! I would recommend buying filters (#4 cone filters fit perfect) inside the basket for an even easier clean up. The coffee seems to get stuck in the reusable basket. All in all, this has been the best coffee maker I've ever owned!

Love this coffee maker! I wish the carafe was larger and easier to clean because its narrow at the top of the pot. It makes really great tasting coffee. Use a bottle brush to clean the pot. I would purchase this coffee maker again!

    Great Brew Variety

My wife and I bought this during Black Friday as an upgrade from our Keurig. The biggest allure was the many different brew types as well as the concentrated specialty brew. The unit also boasts 4 different brew sizes: cup, travel mug, half carafe, and full carafe. Great for my wife's one cup of light roast then my half carafe dark roast. The concentrated specialty brew while not being a literal espresso does imbue the shot with extra coffee goodness. Fantastic for the fancy flavored frothed drinks. The product is great quality everything continues to work as new. A little big but looks pretty sleek. The only downside which would bring this to a 5 star device would be an actual milk frothier rather than the microwave side piece and wand. It works, but is a step removed from the machine. TL; DR Great product for the price. Great versatility for the diverse brew family. Could use an attached frothing wand.

The best coffee I have ever made. Better than any store. I heard the ad on Stern and my wife likes iced coffee and I like hot, so it was a great idea for Christmas. But the coffee it makes is really good and very hard to screw up. I never used to make better coffee than a store, but now it's better, without filtered water!

This coffee bar is a great asset for any coffee lover! It is easy to clean, convenient, and great for individual or group use. At the touch of a button, you can replace your keurig with the single serving setting (and save the world from plastic k-cups waste) or provide a quick caffeine fix for your family/friends by making a half or full pot. The unit keeps your pot hot, without creating that "burnt" coffee taste. The brewing process provides rich, delicious coffee. The iced coffee setting produces fantastic iced coffee at the touch of a button, as well. SATISFIED customer!!

Way better than keurig hands down. Plus you don't have to fill your trash can up with lots of little plastic cups. This product makes some of the best coffee you'll ever try at home

My first coffee maker. It’s easy to use and clean. Has multiple options for sizing. I haven’t used the auto option yet. Also enjoyed using the milk frother. I would consider buying the machine with in built frother next time. Good basic machine for a start.

Functions just like any other brewing machine. But I like the fact that it has more features and it comes with the bonus milk frother. My only complaint so far is that during the initial use and the subsequent uses, there are times where you have to press the "brew type" button one more time. During my first use where I have to run through just water, after my first press of the button, it starts then stops and I thought it was broken. Then I pressed again then it continues. This happened again in one of my regular use where it starts for a while then nothing happens and I'm sure it has nothing to do with the brewing process as I waited for so long. Then I pressed the button again for it to continue. No big deal except that it's a hassle if you want to leave the area and hope that it completes when you get back. The bonus frother is OK but seems flimsy so I seldom use it. But overall, it's a nice machine to have for the price.

Can't beat a Ninja product! I bought the model with glass carafe. The recipe book that came with it is awesome. It also came with a frother, which was super easy to use and clean. The system was easy to set up, and has excellent features that require basic reading of the manual. This is usually not the case with higher end coffee makers. The coffee tastes excellent. I'd recommend to everyone that if you're going to spend $80-100 on a mid-line maker, just find this one on sale and pay the extra! It will save you on all those Starbucks runs I can promise you!

I've always used Keurigs, but wanted to give something else a try, and didn't regret it not one bit. When you want the coffee strong it is, it's not watery.

So far this machine has been good to us. It does steam from the top so make sure you dont have anything close to the top of it like cabinets or something. Aside from that the coffee is great and cleaning is simple. It has saved us already over $200 on Starbucks by making iced coffee at home.

Like the ease of this coffee maker and the options for brewing. Wish I had gotten the more expensive one only because of the attached frothing option. The only other drawback is that the opening for pouring is smaller, which makes cleaning the carafe harder.

This coffee maker does make great coffee, however the amount of coffee they say to use is way too much, needed to play around with it for a few days before we worked out the perfect amount. Only problem we found is a full pot isn't full and only makes three cups of coffee.

I have one major complaint, the coffee warmer only stays on up to two hours after you brew at least a half carafe or more. This is a major problem. I should be able to turn it on at any time. They have literally thought f everything else and the coffee it makes is amazing.

I did not know what to expect when I purchased the Ninja Coffee Bar as I have not had good luck with coffee makers. I have been using my Ninja Coffee Bar for one month and have been extremely happy! The unit fits well under my cupboard so I can utilize my counter space the way I like. The water reservoir comes out easily to be filled and reinserts just as easily. I really like how the cover flips up making it so easy to fill with water. The coffee filter is reusable, but I do not care much for the coffee ground mess so I prefer using paper filters which understandably slows down the brewing/pot fill process. I really like the design of the coffee filter section as it has a smart little clip that easily slides in the groove and into place on the coffee maker. I can slide this section out just far enough to remove the coffee filter for cleaning and adding coffee grounds. There are multiple selections for the amount of coffee I can choose to brew, which I love. I can make as little as a cup for before work...or a full pot for my days off. The warming plate has a 2hr auto turn off and I was so happy to learn there is a button to turn the warming plate back on. No other coffee maker I have owned had that feature. This unit has multiple brew options...I like strong coffee and this coffee maker delivers! If you like super strong coffee, the "Rich Brew" feature makes that happen...it is almost too strong for me. My husband loves the iced coffee that this unit makes, which was another reason that the Ninja Coffee Bar was so appealing to me. We no longer stop at our local coffee shop to get their iced coffee because the Ninja does such a good job. Overall, I am very happy with my Ninja Coffee Bar and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a coffee maker that makes great coffee!

So before upgrading (Yes, I definitely am using the term "upgrading") to this wonderful device, I spent my mornings making coffee using an oh-so-convenient Keurig coffee maker. However, I grew tired of drinking watered down coffee that was being produced by my particular unit as well as spending the money on expensive pods. I tried to switch to a custom pod, but only found it to be even more watered own no matter how finely I grinded the beans. I dealt with it for quite a while before I stumbled upon a Black Friday deal on this particular coffee maker, and boy what a morning-changing discovery it was. I couldn't be happier with the coffee this device produces. Furthermore, I really appreciate the way it saturates the grounds before running the main cycle. I also appreciate how you can choose how strong you want your coffee, and that it works the way you'd think it would. Finally, I love the included frother which came with it, which I use to make some delicious desert coffees. Then only issue I've had is that my very first cleaning (as the manual suggest you do before the first use) the Carafe cracked from below the handle to the base. My wife called Ninja and they sent a new one promptly. In the mean time, I used the single serve option which I continue to use every morning before work. Highly recommend.
