I love it. I tell all of my friends about my new vacuum. I bought it on the open box special and I have absolutely no complaints. if you don't have on you should get one for your self especially if you have pets. Highly recommended!

Great product and as good as advertised. Brought our older carpets back to life. Lots of features and designed for the user. Much better price-value proposition than other high end vacuum cleaners. Our other 2 vacuum cleaners went out with the trash the next week!

This vacuum has the best suction ever and is very easy to convert from carpet vacuum to hardwood vacuum to wand use. I like it a lot. The only issue I've experienced in the first three months is that it is quite heavy for me and I have two stories of floors to keep clean, which means I struggle to carry it on stairs. Must say I appreciate all the pet hair it's picking up, though.

I looked for a long time before deciding on a vacuum. I will have to say that I love this one! It is amazing what it picks up off of hardwood and carpet. Easy to assemble and easy to use. Love all of the different attachments and accessories.

My wife and I fell in love with our vacuum as soon we set it up. It was so good, that it sucked up dust from some reconstruction that was done on our bathroom from the carpet that our previous Dyson vacuum couldn't handle. Very impressed.

Having a large dog and cat at home I go through several vacuums. This one performs well picking up all. When using the attachments the hose is somewhat flexible but because of the suction, does not allow for full extension, pulls the machine toward you. Looking to have this machine for a long time.

I purchased this vacuum with recommendations from a consumer site. It's great. It picks up pet hair, and is light for the size vacuum it is. I love to see the amount of dirt I pick up! I would definitely buy this again.

I recommend this vacuum for all surfaces. I have mostly hardwoods and can't stand dust on my floors. With all detachment, I clean carpet ,bare floors tiles, and most of all, l dust everything, great suction,

While this vacuum is not as wide as any we have had before there are some advantages to the flexible narrow head. It can get in nooks and crannies the wider ones can't. The cord is longer than most other vacuums. The only negative so far is that it doesn't get very well near the edge of walls.

Vaccum has great suction and seems to not lose it. Like that the beater bar can be turned off. Seems a little heavy and there are a lot of accessories which is nice. The appliance wand is great since you don't have to keep moving the stove to clean except once a year to wipe the floor.

We are former Rainbow owners, that vacuum was such a pain in the ### to use. Would not pull easily and was messy to empty. The shark is everything my wife wanted in a vacuum, easy to use, empty and store.

The Shark Vacuum is the best vacuum I have ever owned. I once owned vacuums from many of the other retailers out there and hands down I have never had a vacuum that performed like the Shark vacuum.

Love the suction on this vacuum! It picks up anything and everything, including pet hair. It's pretty, too. Only difficult part is it's heavy so a bit hard to take up and down stairs. All parts work well and are well marked. Overall, a great vacuum.
