This grill is amazing! It cooks fast and keeps the meat tender. However cleaning it proved to be a challenge. Because of this i returned mine.

Love this grill, perfect for a single person, very easy cleanup

When ever my wife would try to fry any kind of meat on our kitchen stovetop, the smoke alarms would always go off. We always had to open the window next to the stove. And even with this, the alarms would still be activated. I guess better safe than sorry. So forget any attempt to trying to pan fry a steak. When I first heard about this grill, I thought that it sounds a little too good to be true. Well, let me tell you that I have grilled many steaks, pork chops and chicken halfs without any alarms going off. You just can't apply a lot of liquid seasoning or sauce to the meat. I have been using dry rubs and salt/pepper for flavoring. I will tell you that I would defy anyone knowing that the meat wasn't prepared on an outdoor grill. PLEASE BELIEVE ME ON THIS!

This was a purchase I made that I wasn't sure about but I'm glad I did it. Cooks Great! No Smoke! Easy to clean!

Bought this for my husband and he loves it. He used it all winter. No smoke and easy to clean up. Very impressed.

Great for indoor use. Easy clean up and easy to use. Actually is smokeless. Not too bulky so storage is terrible.

Great smokless indoor grill, the food comes out amazing, and it cleans up very easily

The downside -- the grill isn't that large so it take s more time if you have a large crew to cook for. But you can tell that from the size of the box. The product works as it is supposed to, basically has a setting to keep food warm and a setting to cook, so is easy to use. It heats up to cooking temperature quickly. The metal grill cleans easily. The rest of it needs to be wiped down each time you use it.

First time using it out of the box upon warming up it made a zap noise. Shortly after the headlamp bulb blew. One side is still little taking double the time. Got pictures of both.

I bought this on clearance and it was worth the 100$ unpaid for. Quick to start barbecue inside without having all the smoke but be-careful not to lay the meat to the edges of the grill or the fat will gone on the heat-pipe

This is a good grill just as if you grilled outside. The plus is no messing with charcoal, not concerned if weather is or will turn bad. A pleasure preparing meal inside with that grilled outdoor taste. Highly recommend.

I love my smokeless grill. So convenient when I don’t want to use my outside grill. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quick way to grill things inside the hone.

Gave this as a gift to my son that lives in a condo but prefers grilling. Works great for him!!

Purchased this grill so I can grill all year long inside my home love the fact that’s it’s smokeless and the food comes out with perfect grill marks and the taste is so good

It’s an excellent 80% smokeless grill,it does it’s job for an inside home grill but still can’t beat the charcoal grills that gives you the smokiness in your meat,but overall a good buy.

The Philips indoor grill offers an interesting proposition, indoor electric grilling for presumably when weather or space does not cooperate. The question though is, does the grill perform well enough to be worth using, both by itself when an outdoor grill is completely not an option or as an alternative when fuel or weather prevent use of your outdoor? The short answer, mostly yes! The grill is a pretty simple affair. Easy setup and cleaning, simple controls, and muted looks. You won't feel like there's some device masquerading as something more complex or interesting than it is sitting in your kitchen. Once it heats up, 6-7 minutes which is pretty similar to outdoor grill times, it provides a very steady and uniform heat. It's quite amazing just how even things cook on the surface. The only setup issue is the comically short power cord. I suppose this is meant to sit where someone might normally have a microwave or toaster oven on their counter top. While it's certainly useful enough to deserve such space, the fact is most people will already have that taken up by another device. The cabling should allow for non-permanent placement in an otherwise normally stocked kitchen. Grilling meat and some veggies went well. It would be nice, to have a mesh grill top for smaller items. I'll need to investigate whether outdoor grill accessories will work well with this. The biggest issues, aside from the short cabling, is the effect of the light from heating elements. Typically, when grilling, one relies on either temperature, look/doneness, time, or some combination of the three to determine when to check items or remove them from heat. Here, the light from the heating elements give a weird cast that makes it hard to rely on how something looks, to tell how it's cooked. As a result, you'll definitely need to stick with the timer or temperature approach. It's not a deal breaker, but it does make this slightly less convenient than expected. In all, I think this makes a good buy. For many cooks, the holy grail is something that puts out even consistent heat. This does that in a package that fits well in most kitchens. I anticipate making use of this for winter grilling or as an accessory grill for outdoor events.

While we prefer outdoor grilling we cannot always do that due to the weather. We wanted to have the ability to grill in the winter. We saw an infomercial with this grill and we purchased it. It's nearly smokeless but still was a bit more smokey than I anticipated but still usable indoors. Cooks evenly on the top and bottom but the sides of meat (depending on thickness) do not always cook evenly with the rest of the cut. Better for thinner cuts. Overall great product.

Amazing product we bought 2 for me and my wife and to my sister as christmas present it is so wonderful to grill inside while it is too cold outside
