Very comfortable over ear head set. 3 sound modes and mix amp between game and chat audio. Simple to use. Only con is that it shortens the battery life span of the controller since it piggy backs off of it.

This headset is amazing . The best I have ever tried . I was playing call of duty and the surround sound was so amazing that at the same time I was getting robbed in my own house and did not hear a thing . Luckily they realize I was busy and couldn’t hear them . By the time the game was done , I noticed the front door opened and my computer and refrigerator missing . Definitely worth it!!

The best part about this headset is the mixer is at your fingertips. Has good all around sound. I wish it got a little bit louder but they are plenty sufficient.

I purchased this headset after owning several lower end headsets. I was very hesitant to spend so much on a gaming headset. Once they arrived I was extremely happy with the purchase! The build quality is outstanding. They are a bit heafty but I wouldn't say it interferes with the comfort. I've worn these for several hours and my ears never got sore. All of the included cables are very high quality. In my opinion they get plenty loud for gaming, and they're great for listenening to music or watching movies on your mobile devices. All of my friends could instantly tell a big difference in the mic quality. They all reported big improvements in clarity and quality. The only negative I can give this headset is the color scheme. These things are UGLY out of the box. I considered the A40s with the mixamp pro, but I didn't really feel any better about the solid white color scheme. I opted to buy the mod kit for the A40s in Red and Black. It's a huge upgrade in comfort and aesthetics with "leatherish" ear cuffs and closed back speaker tags, plus they include a color matching noise canceling mic. This is a great headset and I expect that it will last a long time. If your on the fence about the price they are well worth the price! Fit and finish are excellent. I would absolutely recommend this headset to anyone looking for the best.

This is the best gaming headset I've ever owned. It's perfect for an immersive gaming experience. You can hear opponents directional footsteps in FPSs and really hear all the intricate audio from your favorite games. The controller adapter allows you to adjust in game volume and multi-player chat voice volume which is a really nice feature.

Overall best headset for the price. I tried a few different headsets before I settled on these. I tried a pair of turtle beaches and returned them (uncomfortable). I then tried a pair of lucid sounds and returned after a week ( these were great, awesome sound/bass, comfortable, but were a little too heavy and wanted to fall off my head). If your as picky as me, then get a pair of Astros. I gave these Astros 4 stars only because I have to unplug them and plug them back in to my remote, because the chat/voice sound disappears for some reason. Other than that these are the perfect package.
