Does the job. Didn't put out as much steam as I would like all the time, but it works well and I do like it. The attachments are nice too. I think the old pump shark mop still did a great job. The long cord is nice.

This is just awesome. Easy to use, especially the burst of steam feature. Far better than I expected and would recommend to anyone who love to clean with steam.

I have vinyl floors in my rental apartment and this thing works amazing on them. With a dog and a 6 month old baby, clean floors are really important to me. So I just ad some spray cleaner before the steam and it works wonders. Not only leaves everything clean but a good sent too. I need to refill it two or tree times to do my full apartment (700sqf), which is really easy considering it's detachable. Everything is fairly quick and the dirty parts are machine washable, so this is a great buy!

It is a product very easy to use , good to get away from the chemicals.

It is very light and easy to maneuver. And I love the warranty on this vacuum. I had a problem once with the vacuum but they sent me replacement part right away

CLEANS WAY BETTER THAN OUR OTHER BRAND STEAM MOP. BUILT BETTER ALSO. IT STEAM CLEANED SO WELL THAT I HAD TO WASH THE PAD TWICE AFTER DOING OUR KITCHEN FLOOR!

I really enjoy using this steam mop, cleans up the floor and it is very easy to use, bought this to replace my Swiffer Wet mop and I'm glad I did.

Works well. I had one before and wore it out. Make sure you always use distilled water as the filter inside will clogg and it cannot be cleaned.

Very easy to put together out of the box. Just add water and plug it in and was able able to steam clean 2 full rooms. Very satisfied with this product!

There were many to choose from and I am glad I selected this one! The enclosed measuring cup was handy, and the resivoir allows for a large section of area for cleaning. My tile floor looks fantastic on the sanitation setting. It even did a great job on my field stone lanai! It heats up quickly and has a long cord. From my perspective, no negatives. I would recommend this and purchase it again.

Very easy to use. Cleans wonderfully without much effort. A little heavier than I would have liked but it does a great job.

I tried all sorts of ways to keep my tile floors clean & it's always been such a chore. A coworker told me about the Shark steam mop, so I figured I'd try it out. It is by far one of the best things I've bought for my home. It makes cleaning quick and easy. I used to dread mopping dirty floors, but Shark makes it so much easier. It's definitely worth the money to buy!

Absolutely LOVE my Shark Lift Away Pro Steam Mop. Not only does it keep my floors in perfect order, and leave my feet walking on clean and sanitized surfaces; but it also has many attachments for the lift away steam cleaner. I now steam clean my entire house... anything that can be steamed is steamed!! Plus the mop heads are machine washable (I also bleach them without any problems), and it came with an extra mop head!

Hardwood floors require high maintenance. Shark greatly helps but not a cure-all. Good product and worth the money....
