Many settings to accommodate a variety of floors. Easy to clean after use. Extra long cord, and wider cleaning area covered. I like seeing what it just picked up out of the carpet. We have 3 cats and it gets their fur up with no problem. Attachments are a breeze to use too.

After a few weeks use, I'm really liking the suction power and adaptability on all my different flooring in the house. I needed something that would collect a lot of dog hair and be able to do so across wood, tile and carpet - all of which it does very well. This vacuum was super easy to put together. The collection canister is very simple to clean out and the attachments all fit on the vacuum nicely for easy storage and access. It is a little heavier vacuum than my previous one, but that wasn't an issue for me. Overall it has done a great job cleaning up after 2 kids and 2 dogs!

Vacuum has lots of power and suction with plenty of accessories to get to the awkward hard to clean places. It is not light and the position of the hand when lifted causes the canister to release (it has created a mess or two when my husband has decided to vacuum;). Overall a good product… would not be good for stairs or anywhere you’d need to lift it often.

After purchasing my first vacuum I thought i might had been defective, the wheel fell off, it wasn't sucking up, and continued spitting things back up...also the cord wouldn't retract...all that in less then a year...when i purchased this vacuum i immediately felt good about the quality, style, and the price was priced matched at a great price....oh did i mention THIS THING SUCKS UP EVERYTHING, EVERYTHING.....VERY PLEASED...

I bought this vacuum to replace an older Hoover WindTunnel 3 that we repurposed to our son that moved out. I was very happy with the old one so thought I would stick with the same brand/model. The newer design is lighter than the old one, the cord is even longer (retractable cord feature is no longer available), and PLENTY of suction just like the old one. The attachment hose is a bit stiff but that could be just because it's new. Also the on/off switch is more awkward than the older version WindTunnel switch was. However, none of these "negative" observations are deal breakers that would keep me from buying this vacuum a third time. I rated the quality "Good" as I have only had this for one month. If it lasts like the first one I'll call it "excellent".

Have been using for about a month now and completely satisfied with the purchase. Has attachments for just about everything you'll need, cord is plenty long. It has really strong suction and isn't too heavy.

This is my 3rd Hoover Wind Tunnel, and it is by far the best model I have purchased. It is a bit heavy, but the handle makes for ergonomic carrying. The suction is amazing! It cleans deep down in my carpets and rugs and has a super long hose and cord. It is amazing (and gratifying) to see what stuff it sucks up in the easy to empty container. Best Buy had the best price, as usual!

We needed to be able to turn off the roller, lots of wood floors, and reach high blinds and valances. Also we needed strong suction for cat hair in carpets and upholstery. This vacuum is excellent on all counts. Unfortunately I didn't notice that it does not have a motorized brush. It is a bit heavy, and on plush carpet, it is very difficult to push. We have to adjust the height higher than we'd like. My husband and I are close to & over 6', a smaller person might have trouble with this vacuum. This can clean everything you want very well, but get ready to workout your biceps! PROS: Strong suction, long reach with telescoping wand, ability to turn off rollers for bare floors, easy to empty, hepa & washable filters. CONS: Heavy, no motorized brush so it is hard to push on carpet.

This vacuum has great suction compared to many I have looked at both at the head and the hose. The brushes can be turned off while using on bare floors which keeps debris from being thrown all over. You have to manually change the suction from floor mode to hose mode with a knob, which is well marked and easy to turn. Headlight is very weak as far as light output for some reason. The only thing I'd like to see changed is being able to reduce some of the suction while in hose mode. It sucks so hard it can grab everything, which can be annoying to have to keep stopping to dislodge what it has sucked up. Made of all plastic which all in all looks quite durable, but time will tell as it always does. We did purchase the 4 year replacement warranty which as well priced for what it covers.

It is a high performance vacuum cleaner and gets the job done! It is a little noisy but is sucking up all the dirt and dust particles and keeping your carpets clean and good.

This vacuum rocks. It went together easily. It's easy to use and it suctions up dirt and dog hair like no other vacuum I've had including the overrated Dyson. Plus the price point is great and it lasts forever. I had a previous version of this vacuum for 5/6 years. I loved it equally and it would have kept going but a family member used it to suck up spilled cocoa and don't do that. You'll never get all the cocoa out of the vacuum. So I replaced it with this newer model which is even better and easier to use than the last one. Highly recommend it, especially for messy homes with pets like mine.

It's a nice vacuum. It vacuums nicely, has some god tools. It's a little hard to push, it requires a little extra muscle. The brush tool doesn't store well on the vacuum, and falls off constantly. Other than that, I think it was a good value for the money. It is sturdy, has a very long cord, switches easily from floor to hose, has a nice hose extender and stair/furniture brush that works really well. The canister opens easily for emptying. I'm happy with my purchase.

Unit has a lot of power. Almost reminds me of an industrial vac. Item is a little heavier than most vacs I have had, but its worth it because of the powerful suction this unit has. Very easy to clean. Use once a week and green filter indicator has not gone to alert but I do clean unit after every use. very pleased with unit.

Vaccum is bit heavy but overall is easy to maneuver. Works well on carpet and wood floors. Suction is good. On board tools are easy to access. Canister is easy to empty. Cord is extra long. The listing says the cord automatically rewinds but that is not correct. You have to manually wind the cord around two prongs.

Bought this on sale at a great price....it's one heavy sob to push around but it's features and suction power make it worth the trouble....pretend it's a workout....like it!

We've purchased Hoover uprights several times in the past and found them to be very dependable and good functioning machines. This one is the best yet. We use it on a daily basis due to having 3 dogs in the house...the pet brush is wonderful, great pick up, and the long cord allows a lot of coverage before having to move it to another outlet. It has a lot of brush heights for use on any surface, stores easily, and is light to maneuver. Hope it's still on the market when our present one needs replacement.

I just received my Vacuum Cleaner the Windtunnel 3 High Performance Pet by Hoover…and WOW…this thing does Exactly what it says it can do. I do not have any pets by I know people who do have them and they are always saying how their pets hair gets into everything…and they use this same vacuum so I chose it based on their use and approval of the Windtunnel 3. It is a Heavier unit but not too heavy…and it seems to drive itself somewhat on Carpet at least. The amount of stuff it picked up on the First run was amazing…the sucking power on this thing is like Whoa…it’s a bit noisy but I haven’t come across a vacuum that wasn’t noisy..so that wasn’t a problem for me. It is easy to put together so that wasn’t a problem. All in all I would Highly recommend this vacuum for around the house/home use.

Powerful & smooth operation for rugs, hardwood & tile floors. Powerful hand tool cleans sofa & curtains of accumulated pet hair easily & quickly. Sturdy & comfortable to use. Extra long cleaning head and cord. I love this vac!

Love the color and style of this product easy to use and gets the dirt up. I have four dogs so sometimes they shed which means a lot of hair. Empties fast and not difficult to use. Need to read information on use of vacuum.
