Got this for my girlfriend and she loves it for what it can do

I thought this was a good deal but found out why it was on sale. It is very loud but most importantly shortly after using it cup will not stay in place while it is on.

gave this gift to my father for Christmas and he just loves it.

Great for smoothies, chopping and mixing. Highly recommend

The Nutri Ninja blender is an excellent blender / food processor with a lot of functionality. The pros: It has a lot of different settings for a variety of different end results. It comes with a very useful recipe book with many different good ideas. It comes with many different blending containers to do a large assortment of different blending projects. The base has some very strong suction cups to hold it onto your counter. The cons: It is very very loud. The nutri-bowl container is small. The “cord storage” area in the base is difficult to use and pretty much useless. The measurements are on the side of the nutri-bowl instead of the front. The little “add hole” at the top of the nutri-bowl is so tiny as to be pointless (you could add liquids via this, but little else). All in all, I was very impressed with the Nutri-Ninja. I used the Nutri-Bowl to crush graham crackers for a cheesecake (not the healthiest use, I know). It managed to pulverize them into a fine powder within 20 seconds on a straight run (no Auto-Boost IQ). The bowl size is small enough that you’re not going to be using this to prep meals for a family of four. For someone who live on their own though, the size is perfectly adequate for small batch cooking. I used the longer drink containers to make a cranberry-apple smoothie and to make a apple-clementine “extraction.” The Auto-Boost “Extract” setting did an excellent job of finely mincing everything into a thick, but easily drinkable, concoction. I will note though that you really ought to add ice cubes as, even using refrigerated fruit, the resulting drink seems to have warmed up some during the blending process. I’m looking forward to trying some of the recipes in the book. Not all of them are winners (chopping a salad in a food processor - why?), but enough of them look appealing that I anticipate many weekends experimenting with them. I would recommend this product.

I’ve been using my Ninja Blender for just about 2 weeks now and have fallen in love! I never used to be much of a smoothie drinker but wanted to start since I know how beneficial they can be to your health. I now use my blender on a daily basis, using it every morning to make a healthy protein smoothie that I take to work with me using the included cups. I will also sometimes make a drink in the evening if I don’t have time to cook dinner and don’t want to get fast food. There are just so many different drinks you can make that you will never get bored. Included with this kit is a recipe book that I have found to be invaluable. Not to mention the bowl that comes with this package which is great for making salsa, pesto, various sauces, and many other things. Everything blends so well, regardless of what you are making whether it be crushed ice for your drink or basil leaves for pasta, the Auto-IQ feature allows you to choose the appropriate setting and the Ninja does all the work. I have no fears about this breaking down on me as everything included appears to be constructed from quality materials and feels sturdy and built to last. I highly recommend this kit to anyone who is looking to make some dietary changes as it really makes it easy to eat healthy. I would also recommend this to pretty much anyone who cooks their own meals or wants to start cooking as using the bowl can be very helpful when preparing many different types of dishes. And finally, if you do not cook and you do not want an easy way to get more nutrients into your body, don’t forget about all the great mixed drinks you can make while entertaining guests, making frozen cocktails and other mixed drinks are a breeze!

Impressions: This probably won’t be the most expensive appliance on your counter, but the look and feel are quite nice. The reflective stainless base looks and feels like a quality built item. Much more than an on/off switch but not too complicated, the buttons are clearly labeled with an assortment of functions the blender offers. One of my favorite design features of the Ninja series is the suction cups on the bottom of the base. This machine is powerful and it’s good to know that it won’t walk away on your counter during operation. I like the included smaller travel cups(24oz) with matching lids. If you are active person you can make yourself a fresh protein drink to take to the gym. Features: The blender comes with four containers in total with three different size. one 4-cup bowl, one 32 oz. cup, and two 24 oz. cups. The bowl is an interesting feature and I had not thought about all the recipes that might be possible until I saw this. Making a lower sugar yogurt blend, homemade cookie dough or salmon burgers are all now easily possible. Cleanup in the dishwasher works quite well. Auto-IQ Technology is a great feature. Pausing and pulsing patterns are performed automatically, it’s sort of a set it and forget it type feature. The ease of use is quite good. You pretty much don’t have to read the manual to get up and running quickly. Effectiveness:  The blender can crush and mix almost any food you put into it, even frozen food. The blades were able to handle a ton of ice that I experimented with in my first drink. Of course, getting a recipe right is a bit of an art. My too heavily initial ice and frozen fruit drink turn into an Italian ice dessert more than a smoothie. The kid loved it anyways. I experimented with frozen fruits and snuck some veggies in as well. Without any sugar the kids didn’t know any different. The texture and consistency can be changed with the different Auto IQ settings. Really a nice feature you probably won’t find in other blenders at this price range. Final thought: A versatile blender that can blend, chop, mix, or even knead dough, the Ninja blender is tops in my books and the price can’t be beat.

The plastic in the large cups wear down over time, so the sensor turns the blender off as a safety feature. Other than this, it is great.

Paid slightly more than what I would have liked to, but it was a good purchase. No issues with it so far. Has been running solid for everyday use.

This Nutri Ninja is a MUST have is you are in the market for a reliable and powerful machine to make smoothies or process food. The smoothie containers are so convenient and they each come with lids. 3 in all. Auto iQ is an awesome feature too. Punch in what you want, turn on iQ and it takes the guess work out of blending ingredients. Everything is top rack dishwasher safe which is a bonus. All in all I am very please with this blender and I have been using it a ton.

The Nutri Ninja Duo- The ninja comes with the base, pro extractor blade, 3 spout lids, 2- 24 oz cups, 1- 32 oz cup, a bowl, quad blade and dough blade, instruction manual and a recipe book. The lids and containers are BPA free. The blades, containers, and lids are dishwasher safe. The base has a suction bottom to keep the base from moving around while it's running. There a lot of different programs and options to use depending on what you're trying to make. The Nutri Ninja Duo will make smoothies, blended coffee drinks, dips and sauces, salsas and even dough. My kids and I love this ninja to blend up all kinds of smoothies, shakes and coffee drinks. It's easy to fill the cup with your ingredients, screw on the top/blade and lock it into the base. I've had a little bit of difficulty getting the right option selected. While I'm trying to change what I want it sometimes starts blending when I don't want it to yet. Once it's turned on, it's extremely loud! I don't care for the noise, but I'm guessing any blender is loud and a strong motor means a lot of noise. It cuts through and blends the ice with no problem at all, unlike previous blenders I've owned. The drinks are nice and smooth. I have not tried the dough function yet since I own a nice artisan mixer that has a larger capacity. But it will be nice too chop up my pico de gallo in the ninja instead of by hand. Everything washes up easily. Since there are quite a few components to this system you will need to clear some space in your pantry or cabinets. I'm very glad to have this new Nutri Ninja Duo. I highly recommend it to anyone to loves to make anything that needs blending or chopping.

The Nutri Ninja - Nutri Bowl Duo Auto-iq Boost Blender is a powerhouse! It is more than just a smoothie maker, it is nearly a total replacement for your blender and stand mixer. It obliterates your ice and fruit for smoothies in seconds and knows exactly how long to run for the perfect blend. It made chocolate chip cookie mix like a breeze and they came out delicious. The Ninja Bowl is our favorite aspect of this unit. It has nearly permanently replaced our stand mixer for baking! This is a must-have for anyone who want to simplify your kitchen gadgets or for those who have limited space on their counters. 3 smoothie makers in 2 different sizes, lids for easy drinking, blender top and 2 different blades, one for crushing/chopping, one for mixing. PROS - Raw power (1600w) - Multiple attachments - Strong Suction Cups hold the base firmly while in use - Easy to clear, nearly all is dishwasher safe (top rack) - Can replace multiple kitchen appliances in one compact unit - Not just for smoothies and energy drinks - Recipe book is helpful for using the maximum features - Intuitive technology CONS - Loud due to the power - Technology can be a little overwhelming for those used to the old button push versions of blenders - Can be pricey, but if you can afford this unit, it is worth it! I wanted to make smoothies and bought a cheap blender which could hardly crush the ice . This blender crushed frozen strawberries with zero effort. It has a nice boost Auto Iq feature which slowly pulses to get the right amount of blending . There are many features on the blender which I haven't tried yet but I'll be excited to use. It's like 2 blenders in one & comes with an 88 oz. pitcher & 2 personal take along cups , 18 & 24 oz. with pop up lids . It has suction cups on the bottom so it doesn't move while in use & comes apart easily for cleaning. I love the clock countdown too & the pitcher seems like a durable bpa free plastic. A small 20 recipe guide is included. This is not your grandmas blender... I love it & cant wait to try more features & recipes.

I truly didn't know what I was missing until I started using the Ninja Duo System. Smoothies & Protein shakes to even making fantastic chopped salads, some ideas of which are in the included Nutra Ninja Recipie book. For a smoothie just fill the included cup with your favorite healthy items such as some banana, strawberries, Greek yogurt, milk and ice, just place the blade assembly on the cup, screw it in tightly and place on the motor base. (A cool thing about the motor base is it has suction cups on the bottom to keep it from moving) Once on the base just choose the smoothie button and in less than a minute your ingredients are perfectly mixed and you have a great tasting and healthy smoothie. Unscrew the blade assembly and screw on the included spout lid which makes for easy drinking. With all of the things I can do with the Nutra Ninja my family and I are on the right track to healthier eating.

It works well, pretty good for daily uses. Recommended for smoothies.

Just as described and is well made but after 8 months it doesn’t work

The only blender I’ve used before this unit was a 20 year old GE blender which probably cost 25 dollars. It was like driving a Yugo compared to this Nutri Ninja which is like driving a Tesla. This thing is solid, and unlike my old blender which I had to hold down on the counter with one hand while it was running to keep it from sliding around, the Ninja has rubber suction cups which will keep it right where you place it until you deliberately want to move it. It comes with a beautiful color recipe book with 78 imaginative and healthy recipes. The recipes are so inviting, if you care about your health at all, you’ll want to give some of them a try. Before, my breakfast consisted of dropping some corn flakes in a bowl. This morning I woke up to a strawberry banana protein shake from the recipe book. It only took a few minutes with ingredients easy to find at the grocery store. It tasted great and I feel like I’m doing more to stay healthy. Just be warned, The Ninja IS loud, as others have said, especially when crushing ice which it does with amazing ease by the way.
