Customers value the G600 MMO Wired Optical Gaming Mouse for its numerous programmable buttons, ease of use, and affordable price. Many appreciate the mouse's weight and responsiveness in gaming, finding the accompanying software intuitive. While some find the size less than ideal and the cord could be improved, the positive feedback on the button layout and functionality is overwhelmingly prominent.

I've still got to finish programming all the buttons for macros in my 3d software tools, but that's ultimately why I bought it—not for games, but for doing CAD. It's a bit shorter and smaller than I'd like, but I have big hands so probably won't be a big problem for everyone. It could also use more hand-rest area for around and under the thumb, as well as more space for the pinkie finger to get under in order to grip and move it more easily.
On the whole though, not a shabby mouse at all.

I replaced a Razer Naga, and this mouse is better in every way. The buttons are very well placed, the software works, and is simpler to program.

This is a great mouse for the price. The accessory buttons are well placed, and it didn't take long to get used to them. The mouse feels heavier than my previous Logitech mouse, and I like that. I was worried originally about using a corded mouse, as I have had issues with twisting cables in the past. However, the cable is very sturdy and reinforced, and I don't foresee any issues. Combining this with my G510 keyboard has opened all sorts of shortcuts to me and really improved my gaming speed.

You want more buttons for better MMO control, then this is one of a tiny number of mice that fit the bill. Why is this one the best? Two reasons:
1. Thumb button contours and "home-key" ridges. Like the F and J keys on your keyboard this mouse has two ridges on the middle-most buttons. They're then grouped and curved to form two tactilely identifiable banks of buttons. Then end result is that you never need look or feel-around to find the right button.
2. Logitech gaming software is surprisingly easy to use, yet thorough enough to actually make no compromises when customizing your buttons
The ONLY drawback as far as I'm concerned is that the G-shift button causes just enough latency to negate the benefit of having all your gaming actions bound. But the solution is simple. Just rebound this button to a modifier key such as shift or control, and bob's your uncle!
Pretty much any gripe I have is with default settings, and I've been able to change every setting I've disliked to arrive at the best conceivable MMO mouse.

I've tried nearly every other MMO mouse out there over the years. THIS is the original and STILL THE BEST. The braided cord is gone from earlier iterations of this product and good riddance! It kept getting caught on corners. The driver software has gone through two major iterations, the most recent finally up-to-speed and works great! Easy to program, and with LUA this beast can do most anything. Control your music on one mouse profile while playing your favorite game with another, all switchable on the fly. LOVE THIS MOUSE ^^

This is the best MMO mouse you can get. Durable, responsive, accurate, and comfortable, this mouse checks all the boxes. I've had one for 2 years now and it's 100% the same as it was day one. My only complaint is that it can be a bit wide for smaller hands, but after a few hours getting used to it, it wasn't a problem.

Pros: shift key is the best thing in this mouse. I so got used to it so I can't find anything else that would suit me better. In the latest models keys are softer and easier to tap. Had no any issues with keys and clicking at all. Mouse is made as a wheelhorse for every day heavy duty.
Cons: the only thing that not really broken but softly damaged in all my mice is the cord. And it didn't break totally, just the external wrap got tacky and the cord itself was popped out the wrap in some places. Plastic and manufacture is actually feels a little cheap but as I've said above it is a wheelhorse for mmo gamer.
I've bought this mouse to play SWTOR and using it for 3 years already. Because of it kinda cheap in feel and wired, I was trying to find something better from other vendors and actually failed. I just wish Logitech could make it wireless for more convenience. I've also seen not really good comments about its form and grapple but I personally have no issues and actually enjoy how it feels in my hand.
In overall I would definitely recommend this product for those, who want a pretty solid, good in gaming process and not too expensive mouse.

The Logitech g600 is hands down the best mouse I've ever owned. It's large enough that my hand comfortably rests on it and the programmable 12 side buttons are a game changer. I mostly play MMORPGs like Final Fantasy XIV and shooters like Overwatch and the extra buttons are great for hotkeys and other necessary binds.
I've been using the g600 for over 8 years now and this will always be a repeat purchase

So this mouse is probably the best gaming mouse for online games. RPGs, MOBAs, etc., there's really nothing better than having 12 extra buttons that you can quickly access. This is hands-down a better choice than other models with the side buttons (Razer Naga, Corsair, etc.), mainly because of the G-Shift button, which basically doubles the functionality of the side buttons. You can set custom button shortcuts/macros, and you can store three separate profiles for desktop functions or different games.
So the major drawback of this mouse is the software; the interface is fine and usable, but the mouse will routinely just give up. The side buttons not only stop working, but it can interfere with my keyboard's input, as well. Going into the software and cycling through the profiles manually will fix it in a matter of seconds, but it's killed me in more than one game a lot of times. Usually when you fix this, it won't happen again until the next time you restart your computer, but it's annoying to be worried about it until it happens just because you restarted your computer.
Anyway, the pros definitely outweigh the cons; the build quality and weight are great, in my opinion and it glides across surfaces and mousepads very well. Messing with the colors for your different profiles is also fun and cool if you have an RGB keyboard to coordinate it with.

Okays, this is a nice mouse for the RGB LED backlighting. It is an "Ok" mouse for MMO gaming... Here's why... There is a flaw that every now and then, the key that is bound to 1 or 2 on the number row or the keys that are bound to - or = on the number row will actually stop working on the mouse at any odd particular time. I had this happen to me repeatedly after using the mouse's buttons for those keys over and over rapidly during various fights in games like Guild Wars 2 and Star Wars the Old Republic. The solution I found for this is to just bare with it until the fight is over and then unplug the mouse and replug it in. It fixes the problem for a little while. This issue only happens like once every 2 or 3 weeks.
The other issue is that the MMO keys like on other MMO mice collects grease and grit from your hands sweating a lot. It just makes you have to treat the mouse like you would a trackball and clean the thumb keys every so often.
The "Good" things about this mouse, its RGB and it works kinda like the Orion Spark keyboard, but it actually is more practical if you do a lot of MMO gaming. In fact, I prefer the Logitech Gaming Software that it uses for drivers because it so integrates well with the mouse's capabilities. However, this mouse isn't as practical for games like FPS (First Person Shooters), RTS (Real time Strategy), Turn based Strategy, and Fighting games like Mortal Kombat X for instance. Those are pretty obvious because its an MMO mouse. However, if you don't play a lot of MMOs, you might find yourself pressing buttons on the side of the mouse and not realizing that they are being triggered. Its that sensitive. I play some games that when moving the mouse around it registers the numbers row keys that correspond to the key that I accidently pressed in the chat system for the game. This is good and bad, but its livable and I wouldn't say its not a good mouse because of it. since it can almost register a flinch as a command to trigger a skill.
Now, the biggest problem I had was that this mouse has a ring finger key. I didn't see it when I brought it, but the ring key triggers G-Shift... G-shift is basically giving you an extra set of keys... So in other words like you use Shift, Alt, CTRL keys for extra skills in addition to the non-extra key skills which equates to 48 skills, add G-Shift and you effectively double it. G-Shift isn't that useful, but because I rarely play any game that has over 48 skills that are useful. So the only time I used G-shift was once to see what it did. Now, if you want to remap the keys a lot and can manipulate your ring finger easily, then you are likely to be able to use this mouse to its fullest.
Just remember this is an MMO gaming mouse.

The good: This is a great, highly customizable mouse through the G hub app. Lots of programable buttons. Easy setup
The bad: Very large (think bear claw hands to use)
This mouse is pretty great. Tons of buttons to program and use.
I mostly use this for MMORPG games and everyday use (Windows 10). I would highly recommend if you have larger hands. I have been using it for sometime now and have not had an issue or any negative issue with it.

I bought this for gaming. Didn't like pressing the 1,2,3 and so on while in game. My other friends suggested this mouse. My first worry was that I would not be able to use this mouse with my Mac, but had no issues. Software downloaded and was really easy to install. Has a "gaming" mode you can turn on so the mouse knows when its in game. The cord is wrapped in cloth and doesn't tangle.
I am a girl with average hands and have no issues with hitting the side buttons. Good feel and fits my hand. The ones on the bottom are a little hard to hit, and I don't use a few of them that are hard to reach. I had to adjust what skills used what button depending on how easy it was to hit buttons.
The two buttons on the top will turn off and on the number buttons on the side.
I CAN NOT game now without my mouse! I LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!! Makes gaming SO easy. This mouse would make any gamer HAPPY!!!

Got this mouse with my Logitech G710+ keyboard. It's a great combination. Moved on from my old Razer Naga (the buttons kept failing and the software was terrible) Was a bit apprehensive about the logitech gaming software but so far I've had no problems. Can switch between multiple profiles on the fly. The only real issue I've had so far is adapting to the different feel of the buttons, after a few hours it feels normal. The angles also allow me to better feel which button I'm pressing.
The third mouse button also takes some getting used to if you right click on the edge, that took a lot longer to adapt to than the curved buttons.
Overall this is a great mouse and it's not too pricey. Doesn't have the drawbacks of the Naga and it does pretty much the everything.

This is a great little mouse, with 3 profiles you can set up so the 12 side buttons do different things for each one. It's very useful for playing games like an MMO, or for using a tool with lots of hotkeys, like SolidWorks or Photoshop.

-Pros-
Angled side buttons
Great material
Extra button on the right side
-Cons-
Learning curve
I have tested the G600's biggest competition, the Razer Naga and the G600 is by far the best of the two. The G600 has angled buttons on the side to help with the learning curve and gaining the muscle memory required to operate one of these mice effectively. I listed the learning curve as a con because if you are new to these type of mice you will have to spend a bit of time gaining the muscle memory to take advantage of them. However, it will take you much longer to learn on the Naga than the G600 because you can easily hit the wrong buttons on the Naga since they are not angled like on the G600 and are much closer together on the Naga. The G600 also has an extra button on the right that you can have act like a shift button to double your button mapping which the Naga does not have.

Good mouse. I love all the extra buttons and options. The ability to cycle profiles for more buttons and the alt buttons make it even more awesome.
Took 1 star off because the buttons could be more comfortable (softer), and I wish it was a bit smaller or fit my hand better (I have smaller hands).

I am a huge fan of Logitech products and this thing is one of the reasons why. Is built very sturdy with not a whole lot of flex to it like other mice. It tracks like a cloud in the hand and is very light but not so light that is doesn't feel like it's there. I love the programmable buttons and for playing MMO's they are a must, its also nice if you have smaller hands because it allows you to not have to stretch across your keyboard. The light up and set up of he mouse are nice, but the software for that isn't included with the mouse. You have to go to the website to get it, that's fine other than no where on the packaging do they tel you to do that. For a 70 dollar mouse you would think that they would just throw in a disk.. Other than that I love it.

I have over 11 toons on my Warcraft games and raid, do dungens and more. I consider myself a more casual player even though I play over 5 hours a day. I change what I do everyday and go on all characters. No matter what class I play I use every button on the bottom 2 rows and use the other buttons for stuff that I don't use as often. While I did not need this many buttons I am glad I have them just in case. I love the overall feel of the mouse and it was easy to adjust to from my old wow mouse that broke. Never found the info on how to program my mouse online when I was shopping but you can use the in game menu just like the official wow mouse to program your keybinds and more. Best mouse ever for Warcraft.

Good ergonomic mouse. Not only for gaming, but for everything else as well. Love how many buttons are available to be mapped on the side as well. Only wish the logo on the top would also light up to complement the lighting on the side.
