    FOUND FROM TIME TO TIME THAT THE UIIT WILL OVER FILL CUP AND YOU HAVE TO KEEP ADDING WATER NEED A LARGER WATER RESIVOR

    So, I bought this because I saw it was on sale for cheap and now I know why. Having a removable reservoir seemed like a good idea, but only remove it to clean it because it will not make the same amount every time. It takes a long time to brew and the strength selector is just for show.

    This model looks exactly like our old one which we loved. However, the cup holder on this one comes out and leaks all over the place.
