I thought I'd try this one and see how good the convection oven feature worked. Well, the quality is good - it cooks even and the materials are well made. BUT : it takes a very long time to cook things that I was used to cooking in my previous toaster oven. For example, I broiled a steak and it took twice as long. It cooked evenly and it was very tender throughout. It just cook an awfully long time - probably 25 minutes - compared to the grill and my other toaster oven. Just a heads up going into it.

I’m very happy with this toaster oven. The reviews from other buyers help me in making this selection. I really like heating my food in an oven rather than a microwave. This is just right for me and my husband. It’s very easy to use. Since covid19, I cook a lot at home. I do batch (a lot of food at one time) cooking, for example I’ll grill ribs, chicken, fish , shrimp, baked beans, etc. I freeze it and we just grab a container and heat it up in the toaster oven. To me food tastes so much better reheated in an oven compared to a microwave.

I love this toaster oven, I can use it for everything! I can use this for reheating leftovers, I can bake cookies in this, and I can cook frozen meals super quickly! I love this toaster oven and I use it for everything every day all the time! My only tip/warning would be when you’re reaching inside to get your food out be careful because the oven door is super hot and because of the size ratio of the oven very close to your arm/hand so be careful.

We had a couple of cheap countertop ovens in the past and they just deteriorate to a point you just have throw them in the garbage. We recently moved and threw out the last one we had, so decided to look for better quality, more features and longer lasting product. We got this KitchenAid oven on sale at BestBuy and so far we are very impressed. It is a great looking product and matches nicely with our KitchenAid mixer and other appliances. The functionality is great and it provides great precision to the various cooking modes. A great addition to our new kitchen.

I love it! Easy to use and cooks evenly and correctly. I had a more expensive toaster oven and had to return it as it didn't work without a noise.

I had a few issues with this unit, had to exchange twice due to a crooked door and the third one I finally just kept but also had a crooked door but not as bad as the first two units. Ive own this model in the past and it worked very well. So far this one works just as good although it can be a little noisy due to the convection but only when using it on the "bake" position. Not too small or too large, overall this is a pretty good toaster oven for typical use.

Bought this and threw out our microwave. It works really well. Comes with 2 racks that you can change the position on. Also comes with a cooking sheet. You can place it under cabinets because the exterior does not get hot. The only thing that is annoying is the timer. It has the old school egg timmer that you can hear clicking away while your waiting. I think they all have that style timer though.

It’s not bulky but at the he same time it’s good size to bake a loaf of banana bread, or bake a few potatoes, broil vegetables

We use this product for cooking and toasting. Works great! Cooks food evenly and is very easy to use. Would recommend this toaster/ convection oven.

I'm in a food science class. We're doing things like roasting chickens, baking pies, and cooking pizzas. I have the world's smallest apartment, so this is my only oven... and my professor hasn't noticed yet. That's right- It's cooking things just as well as a larger oven would. Perfect size. Also toasts like a champ. Broils like a champ. Doesn't get very hot on exterior surfaces. Couldn't be happier.

Quality is great. The dials won't glitch or fall apart like LED screens or buttons. My only complaint is the location of the "on" when you are baking. Be very sure it is on "0" if you manually turn it off or you will realize you left it on later when you walk by. I would put the "on" where the "60" is like an old toaster oven I had. This oven bakes evenly and way better than an old Westbuilt I had. Toasting is great. It truly is a mini oven. Don't waste your time on a cheap one. This is a great buy. My 12 and 9 year old use it all the time for chicken nuggets, pizza and biscuits. I use it often to roast almonds for my salad.

Traded our toaster for a toaster oven & we really like all the features. We can warm, bake or toast our food items. Just the right size for counter use.

The elderly gentleman whome I bought it for and wityh at the time is enjoying it. It does everything like toast, bake, warm and other features. I use the timer and other function myself when I make things for him, he just uses the timer and when the item is doen pulls the plug to end the cycle. All in all the house hasn't burnt down yet and its ease of use is adequate, its heating coils are well functional and it not too much of an eye sore. that's an A++ in my book

We wanted to replace our toaster oven because we could no longer read the numbers for the dials (worn off). This toaster oven fit the bill for everything we wanted, and it was a convection oven. We used it for 2 weeks and loved it, but returned it to BB because we found it to be big for the small counter top area where we wanted it. Nothing wrong with the toaster oven, it just looked cramped where we needed to place it. BB was great with the exchange we made. Thanks Best Buy!

I did like the function of this oven. I think going with a convection oven is the way to go, its cooks evenly. I didn't keep it because it didn't have a few key features I would like to have. It was hard seeing food cooking, so I would prefer to have an interior light. Also turn the timer dial to turn off and on was not a favorite. I would like to have an on/off button. I finally feel for the idea of owning a convection oven, so I paid more and purchased the Capalhon brand they gave me a light and on/off button. But for someone who don't want to shell out too much money(double the cost for the Caplhon) this is a great option.

Needed a replacement for old toaster oven. Concerned when I realized I could only get a "convection oven" - but turns out that is fantastic! Cooks better, warms-up leftovers better, and LOVE that you can set the time, and it turns itself off when the time is up!!! Also really like that you can change the racks to allow large or small separations, could actually use both shelves at once if needed, or have a lot of room for a deep dish.

This is a great toaster oven due to it's size. But ALSO due to it's size...it takes a long time to heat up. I love Kitchen Aid products but this oven is probably better for a family and not a single person like myself.

I have had this toaster oven for over a year now...works great....I especially like the manual dials that are also easy to read....I heard of too many issues with digital dials and these dials actually feel like a high quality....I saw other manufacturers with their dials that seemed flimsy or difficult to read so I chose this unit....just the right size for what I heat up, toast or cook.....
