Great suction and very light weight! I purchased it for my mother who cannot lift heavy items and cannot get around as well as she used to. She and I both love it! The only weakness is the battery life is short. This works for her small apartment, but might not work for large homes with lots of space.

I love the vacuum .. light weight, cordless, and great suction. I gave it only 4 stars because the “charge” description online is deceiving. The description states 30 min. run time with a full charge. After I bought the vacuum the “booklet” states .. you get the 30 min. when just using the attachments, and 20 min. only when using the actual vacuum. Right at 20 min. it completely shuts off. I have a 2,200 sq ft home, and on a full charge I get half the house. I charge for an hour then finish. That being said I love this Dyson vacuum so much I might buy a second of this same vacuum, so when the battery runs out on one I’ll use the other.

Great vacuum! Very easy to put together. Easy to use and very lightweight. Works great! Just wish you were able to order some of the extra attachments (like stair attachments, etc) that come with the others dyson cordless vacs.

The Dyson V7 is lightweight and does a heavy weight vacuuming job on our hardwood and carpeted floors. Very easy to assemble and use. It performs just like they show on the commercials. Very nice, necessary home appliance.

This vacuum is great in that it has strong suction on max level, has a nice recharge docking station, is cordless and lightweight. The only con is that on max power the power runs out in 6-7 minutes. Great for small cleaning areas, stairways, and cars!

I've been a huge fan of Dyson vacuums for a while now but after purchasing a 2-story house with a tiled kitchen and hardwood floors throughout, we decided it was time for a lighter more versatile cleaner. Using the V7 has been nothing short of a game changer. We find that our kitchen, hardwood floors and stairs are getting cleaned much more frequently since it doesn't require pulling out the big vacuum, plugging it in and dragging it up the stairs. This thing definitely cleans! We haven't found much that it is unable to suck up. If your in the market for a cordless, light and versatile vacuum, search no more!

I love this vacuum! I have always wanted a Dyson and was finally able to afford it. It is lightweight, very easy to use, and came with all the attachments needed to get the house cleaned. I like the fact that I can switch from carpet to floor with a quick switch. It works great on picking up dog hair too.

Love love love this vacuum, lightweight, easy to use, makes doing steps feel like not even a chore, even my son will vacuum, and it has great suction. Goes from carpet to hardwood floor so smoothly. If mine died tomorrow I'd be back in the store getting another one. The only negative is I wish the battery lasted a little longer, I can get about 20-25 minutes out of a full charge.

Dyson is the best. They are light and powerful, and easy to use! I got these for house-warming gift, and this is the only vacuum cleaner we use now!

The v7 is easy to use, light to carry around, and is easily stored. My only complaints are that I had issues registering it on the Dyson site and it doesn't run for 30 minutes on a full charge

Loving this vacuum cleaner!! It has great suction and it has an extra power button that does even more. Still going strong 2 years later!

This dyson is replacing my old hoover. This one is so much better: extremely light, cordless and can't compare the noise. A+!!!

I bought this vacuum for my 2 bedroom apartment and it is perfect. Having owned a Dyson upright years ago and loving it, I wanted another Dyson, though I was leery of the battery powered stick types. Not any more. This is a great vacuum. It is powerful, and very quiet. It is super maneuverable, so getting around table legs and in tight closet spaces is a breeze. It does corners and edges well, and easily transitions from hard floors to low carpet. Don't expect this vacuum to do thick or plush carpeting though, as it will not. I have a plush bath mat outside my shower, and it stops the brush head completely. It has 2 power levels, low and high. The high setting run time leaves a bit to be desired at just under 8 minutes, but the suction at the low setting is still very good. The battery handles my 8 x 10 area rug on high, and the hard floors throughout the rest of my apartment (just over 800 square feet) on low without running out of juice. Almost the whole vacuum comes apart easily, as per usual with Dyson, which makes maintenance quick and problem free. Emptying the dirt container is a little awkward, but still easy.

When I make purchasing decisions comfort safety and weight are of prime concern. I love that this vacuum offers great suction is super lightweight , cordless, easy to clean as well as to maneuver around. Excellent choice made. Be good and be safe.

It is light and fun to use, the kids love using it which helps out a lot. Great versatile vacuum, the attachments allow you to shorten it so you can use it in the car or as a dust buster. It’s easy to empty, just wished the battery lasted 20 minutes longer.

This vacuum is light weight but powerful. It maneuvers easily and has good suction. I really like hoe easy it is to put on attachments. Also, it comes wit a nice wall mount charger. So, you can hang it out of the way but easily grab it when needed.

Have been using the V7 Dyson for quite some time now. It's amazing how much dirt is picked up by this strong vacuum. So convenient with a cord free stick. Worth the money.

I bought this as a replacement to my old Hoover floor vac which keeps getting hair stuck in it. This is a solid choice as a second vacuum for most homes. For me, living in a townhouse, I think it effectively serves as my primary vacuum. The only problem is how short the charge lasts on maximum suction power (10 minutes), however, not everything needs to be vacuumed at max charge, so you can get up to 20 minutes as I've tested. I wish I had purchased the model with the fluffy head as I have a tiled floor I sometimes have to deal with. The motorized head does an ace job on carpet. It is so useful to be able to lift this thing up ad vacuum hard to reach places. I think this is an excellent product and quarantine has made me more diligent with my vacuum cleaning.

Very versatile . Strong suction. No annoying cords. Only downfall, charge will only last long enough for 2-3 rooms, not a huge problem

Strong suction, lightweight, easy to charge, bag-less, comes with a decent amount of different tools to use, fully charges in maybe 3 hours, I only use it on the normal suction setting and it works well for my purposes. My home is small so I have never run into battery issues unless I forgot to charge it. I also use it to clean my car with the small nozzle tool. The tools are very easy to change with the single button release.
