ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!! Best vacuum I've ever used. Light weight and cleans carpet and floors beautifully.

This is by far the best vacuum cleaner that I've owned. It works great on hardwood floors and carpet.

Great suction and the pre brush is amazing it doesn’t fling stuff towards your feet on hard floors.

This vacuum is very easy to use. It is so light and doesn't hurt my back like my old one. It is also very easy to maintain due to easily removable rotating brushes and a device included to help you remove debris from them.

My wife and I have a light commercial/residential cleaning business we got this vacuum because we were looking for a vacuum that could handle dog hair on hard floors as well as carpet, let me tell you I have no complaints it is amazing customers have complimented their floors before they are even cleaned after vacuuming... The rollers are easier to clean now and have excellent access to remove strings, hair etc...

The 1st one was bought for my daughter and it was so good I went out and bought one for our RV and looking to purchase another one for our house. Does excellent with all different floors and picking up stubborn dog hair. So much better than my Dyson.

We bought this vacuum after reading reviews of it and several others. All promises were delivered, it is lighter weight, is very maneuverable, has quite a lot of suction power, and has a lot of functionality. Its only negative is that it does have a loud, high pitched whine when in operation. I use earplugs, problem solved.

Great suction and on wood floor with the light you see exactly what is on your floor. Easy to use and I thought emptying container might be a problem but was not. Takes a little getting used to how the head swivels but then you realize how well that works for in corners.

I love this vacuum cleaner! It is light, easy to use and maneuver. The light helps you see what you are doing. There are several buttons to push to help you more easily use it for different jobs. Powerful enough to clean any type of flooring!

Nice cleaner but the roller winds hair around and requires cleaning after each use. Other than that, it’s a nice cleaner

love it. very powerful. I have been using it for 2 months. Picks up the cat hair.

I use the vacuum at least 3 times a week if not more. It’s very easy to use. All the different pull away parts to use are so easy to use. My only complaint, is how easy it is to fall over when using the pull away parts

Our Dyson was finally on its last legs and we decided to try another brand. Very happy with Shark! Although the head is smaller, suction is fantastic and it gets all those little dust bunnies and pet hairs floating through the house!

I was a concerned at first about the smaller vacuum head on the DuoClean. But after using it I found it was no problem. The DuoClean head works really well on my wood and tile floors. Save some money, buy the Shark instead of Dyson.

This is a great vacuum. Smallish and light weight. Easy to use and clean. Wish there were more height options for the carpet/floor. Shark makes very good products for good prices.

This is our third Shark and we have been pleased with each one. this one has the features we have come to expect, great suction, easy to clean out (if something like a Barbie shoe is rattling around in the hoses)
