Logitech Flow DOES NOT WORK. That is the only reason I purchased this mouse. The mouse itself is cheaply made. The bottom scratched on the first day of use. It kept losing connection as well. I returned it and bought something more affordable and rugged.

Hi. Sorry to see you're having some performance issues with your MX Anywhere 2S mouse. It's possible that you may have had a defective unit for it to not work with Logitech Flow. You do have a 1 year limited warranty that comes with the purchase of the product that can be used to get a replacement sent to you if you choose. But if you have any questions, check out the Logitech support page at https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360023300134--Getting-Started-MX-Anywhere-2S. Hope that helps!

This is a really good mouse. I use it at home and at work. I haven't loaded the Logitech Options software yet because it does everything I need it to without it on two Windows 10 devices. I like the Easy-Switch button to quickly switch between my work and home laptops. I didn't want to use the receiver, so the mouse is connected to both laptops using Bluetooth. The size of the mouse is good. It is a little smaller than a standard mouse, while not feeling like a tiny portable mouse. The mouse performance is good. I have not had any issues using it on a couch or shiny place mat. The left and right scroll using the mouse wheel is a nice touch. I have had to get used to using the middle button instead of clicking with the mouse wheel, but that will come over time. Speaking of the mouse wheel, it took me a while to figure out how that works. It has a hypterfast scroll feature, where the mouse wheel will spin to get you down the pager quicker. I just thought the scrolling was vague. Now that I know to click with the mouse wheel to switch between regular scrolling and hyperscroll, I am very happy with the scrolling. I haven't had to charge it in the two weeks I have used it at work. It is supposed to last 70 days using it for 8 hours a day. I don't expect 70 full days, I would be happy only having to charge it once a month. This is a really nice wireless mouse. I would recommend it.

I'm a fan of Logitech mouses and this MX Anywhere 2S doesn't disappoint! I like how it's compact, doesn't take up much space, fits inside the palm of your hand naturally and comfortably, and is very light. It is also more low-profile than my main gaming mouse - the Logitech MX1000 laser - which seems to fit me better ergonomically. Setting up the mouse was a pleasant surprise because it was just so easy. I first set up the mouse to my desktop computer by inserting the adapter into a USB slot. Once Windows 10 automatically finished installing the driver, the mouse was immediately ready to go. I then connected the mouse to my laptop next and the process was equally simple and easy. I flipped the mouse around and pressed the button on the bottom of the mouse. The LED light lit up underneath the "2." I then opened up the "Bluetooth & other devices" setting page in Windows 10 and selected the MX Anywhere 2S. The mouse began working immediately. The sensitivity, speed, and accuracy of the mouse is top-notch. With its 4000-dpi spec, it's more accurate and precise than my old MX1000 laser mouse. And I love how it works so well on different surfaces. Having said all this, however, there is one scenario where I wouldn't use this mouse for - PC gaming. And that's because the mouse only has 7 buttons. For the types of games I place, I require more buttons. But for everything else, I like the MX Anywhere 2S better than my Logitech MX1000 laser. I don't normally pack a mouse with my laptop when I go traveling but this mouse is so good, I'm going to be taking this with me. All in all, this is an excellent mouse and I highly recommend it.

A Great Improvement On an Already Great Mouse

When I purchased my original Logitech Anywhere MX, I was blown away. It was just the right size, and I liked the functionality of the buttons and how the mouse could be used on just about any surface. Thus I was very excited to discover what advances a few years would bring to this mouse, and I was not disappointed. Logitech has done a great job of improving this already great mouse. If you download the Logitech Options program at http://support.logitech.com/en_us/software/options, you can program the functions of the buttons to meet your individual needs. If you install this program on other computers, regardless whether they operate on Windows or Mac, you can use Logitech Flow to move the mouse from one monitor to another for up to three devices. I could copy a file from one device and move it to another. I found this feature to be mind blowing! I was hoping I could use this option on my phone, but there is no Logitech Flow or Options app in the Play Store. As for the claim that this mouse is more accurate on more surfaces than it predecessors, I never had a problem using the original Anywhere MX mouse on multiple surfaces, nor did I experience any problems with MX Anywhere 2S. I did noticed the unifying receiver has shrunk to half its size (see photo), and it is nice to know that you can just use Bluetooth instead. I am most happy with the rechargeable internal battery, which is advertised to last up to 70 days, but I have not owned this mouse long enough to test that claim. I would recommend this mouse to anyone. It works very well, is not bulky, can be configured to suit any need, can be used to share files for up to three computers, can connect to just about any device via Bluetooth (even a phone), has a long-life rechargeable battery, and can be used anywhere. The only things that could be improved is adding a Logitech Flow/Option app, making the power switch on the bottom a little easier to toggle, having a place to store the unifying receiver on the mouse, and including a nice zip-up case, as the previous version did (see photo).

Seeing as I've been a Logitech user for several years now, I'll try not to be too biased in this review so here goes. First off, as far as peripherals go, I've used numerous Logitech devices over the years for my desktops, Mac, and work/Windows laptops. Almost every single one of them performed great and were only replaced due to accidents or upgrading devices. This mouse is pretty much perfect for me as my on-the-go mouse for either my work or personal laptop. I still have the previous version of this mouse for my work laptop and it's still working great. As with most Logitech devices, the ergonomics of this mouse is pretty spot on. This one, compared to my other mouse, is considerably lower in profile. For me, this might take a little time getting used to but nothing big. It's standard in terms of buttons on this mouse. There aren't any 4th/5th buttons in weird locations on the mouse like with some other ones I've seen. Just left/right buttons, scroll and two thumb buttons. The placement of these buttons is a bit different from my previous mouse so, again, it'll take a bit getting used to but whatev. The buttons are pretty crisp and the Anywhere tracking on this mouse works as intended on pretty much any surface. The receiver for this mouse seems to be a smidge smaller than my other one, not that I'm complaining. Very low profile so it'll be sure to not get snagged on anything in my backpack. Charging cable is included and THANK YOU LOGITECH for putting the charging port in a competent place...IN FRONT where you can charge the mouse and still use it. Unfortunately I don't have any other peripherals to utilize the Unifying receiver feature so I can't really comment on that. Overall, a fantastic mouse that's low profile, ergonomic and reasonably priced.

I got the MX Anywhere 2S mouse as a replacement for a trackball that I was tired of using. I mostly just wanted a wireless mouse, but the advanced tracking claims on this on grabbed my attention, and I was not disappointed. First, though, let me mention two items that were a minor concern for me. The size is a bit small for anyone with larger than average hands, but that’s the case with many things if you have large hands. The second thing is the lack of any instructions. Initial setup and pairing was super simple, but some of the more advanced features seem to warrant some sort of pamphlet explaining what they do and how to provision them. The website was quite a bit of help, but it’s nice to have a hard copy you can refer back to when you need a refresher and don’t feel like going online to look it up. What I truly enjoy is the laser and range on this mouse. I can have my laptop set up on the coffee table while I sit a few feet away on the couch, and the pointer responds as crisply as if it were wired. It doesn’t matter if I’m moving it along a couch cushion, my jeans, my leg, or even my dog’s belly (only once and she thought it was tummy rubs, so don’t go for the torches and pitchforks), it tracks as smoothly as if it were on a mousepad. I already mentioned how effortless the initial pairing is, but I want to reiterate that it truly is “plug and play.” I also enjoyed the ability to copy and paste across multiple computers. This feature does require both computers to be on the same wifi network, and that Logitech’s Options software be installed. The mouse the pairs with each device via the USB dongle, or Bluetooth. Another thing worth mention is that the control wheel switches back and forth from free-spinning to having reference clicks, which is nice if you deal with sites or documents that require you to scroll endlessly to reach the bottom. I’m quite pleased with this mouse and have already recommended it to friends.

I recently incorporated the Logitech MX Anywhere 2S Wireless Laser Mouse into my daily routine, and it has been nothing short of impressive. This sleek black mouse offers a perfect blend of style and functionality, making it an essential tool for both work and leisure. The compact design of the MX Anywhere 2S is ideal for on-the-go professionals like myself. It fits comfortably in my hand, providing a satisfying grip, and its wireless capabilities offer the freedom to navigate without any hindrance. The precision of the laser tracking technology ensures smooth cursor movement on a variety of surfaces, making it versatile for different work environments. One standout feature is the Easy-Switch technology, allowing me to seamlessly switch between devices with just a click. Whether I'm working on my laptop or desktop, the transition is effortless, enhancing my overall workflow. The customizable buttons and scroll wheel add a layer of personalization to my user experience, adapting to my specific needs. Battery life is another area where the MX Anywhere 2S shines. With weeks of usage on a single charge, I appreciate not having to constantly worry about the battery running out during critical tasks. The sleek black finish adds a touch of sophistication to my workspace, making the mouse not only a practical tool but also a stylish accessory.

I was looking for a Bluetooth mouse this was one of the most expensive ones I found. But it's worth every penny. PROS: * Can be used with the included USB wireless receiver or with Bluetooth (the included receiver is NOT Bluetooth). It presumably also works with other Logitech wireless receivers but I didn't test this. * Can easily be switched between 3 paired Bluetooth host devices using a button on the bottom * Can even be used with multiple devices at the same time: With the Logitech "Flow" software you basically connect to another paired host by moving the mouse cursor. I didn't test this. * The sensor is very high resolution and I don't notice any lag, but I'm not a gamer. * Moving and clicking is very smooth; up to par with most other Logitech mice * The scroll wheel has almost no friction which makes scrolling through a long web page or document a pleasure. * The middle button is separate from the wheel (I prefer this over a middle button that's operated by pushing the wheel down, but I guess that's a matter of taste) * Built-in rechargeable battery that charges up via a USB Micro-B connector. A cable is included but you can use any other cable too. The cable cannot be used for mouse functionality (I think); you need the wireless receiver or Bluetooth. CONS: * The shape of the mouse is perhaps slightly less comfortable than other mice such as the M510, in my opinion. The side buttons (essential for my work) are a bit further towards the back than other mice that I own, which takes a bit of getting used to. * The left side of the mouse is distinctly higher than the right side, which is may be a problem for left-handed users (I'm right-handed). * The metal scroll wheel turns so lightly that it spins even if you barely touch it. I regularly see things start scrolling when I just barely move the mouse. This takes some getting used to. * Unlike other Logitech mice that use their wireless USB system, it has no space inside the mouse to store the USB receiver while traveling.

I use this mouse with my laptop computer and my iPad using a Bluetooth connection to each device. I could also use the mouse with a 3rd device (such as another computer) using either Bluetooth or the included Unifying USB nano receiver. However, it would be nice if there were a slot or small compartment in the mouse where I could store the USB nano receiver when not in use or when needing to pack/transport my computer gear elsewhere, so that the USB nano receiver doesn't get lost. Also, the scroll wheel on the mouse may be occasionally a little too sensitive, such that the computer screen view will scroll down a small amount while only moving the mouse without my finger even touching the scroll wheel. This can be sometimes annoying when I'm trying to move the screen cursor with the mouse to click on something but the screen also happens to scroll a little bit just before I click the mouse button and I end up clicking on the wrong item. Otherwise, this is a very nice and versatile wireless mouse that has both Bluetooth and Unifying nano receiver connection capabilities.

For the most part, I really like this mouse. THE GOOD: It tracks on virtually anything (including glass) and the battery life is awesome. I'm a pretty heavy user on work days and I easily get 2+ months on one charge, connected over BT to my MacBook Pro. I also really love having a "smooth" scroll mode for the mouse wheel. This is a rare feature for a portable mouse... THE BAD: As others have mentioned here, the scroll wheel seems a bit inaccurate and at times even erratic when it's in "clicky" mode. I'm not sure if this is hardware or software related, but it will sometimes "miss" inputs from the wheel. The remedy for me is to a click the scroll wheel in and out of "smooth" mode for the problem to go away...until next time. Also, the Logi Options software is glitchy at times. Once in a while when I wake my MacBook Pro from sleep, it will forget that I have natural scrolling turned OFF for the scroll wheel. Cycling BT on and off for the mouse to reconnect seems to fix that little problem though. Overall, it's a good portable, but it's not perfect. Also worth noting is that even though the mouse is symmetrical in shape, it's definitely designed for righties in mind, if you plan on making good use of the side buttons.

Awesome mouse, nice and precise. Light, and holds a charge for months...I haven't charged mine in about 2 months and it is still going.... granted I haven't spent much time on the computer lately, but still 2 months is good to see. I love not having a cord on my mouse. It also works on just about any surface I've used it on.

I won’t spend a bunch of time explaining why I like this mouse so much (easy to set up, multiple scroll options, works on just about any surface you can think of, has excellent battery life and range, sleek minimalist design), but I have purchased 4, so it might help you decide if this is the right option for you. I’m currently using two on separate devices, purchased a 3rd for my fiancé, and replaced one I accidentally...ran over with my car. Seriously, this mouse is a workhorse. Unless you’re looking for a gaming mouse, this one will last for a long time and only need to be charged every couple of months. I take my computer and mouse everywhere I go, and this little guy has made using my laptop feel comfortable regardless of where I am.

Simple Review: It's compact enough and works on everything. How could you go wrong here. Extended Review: Starting off the with the unboxing experience pretty straight forward cardboard, plastic and the smaller charging cables you tend not to use. Once you get past that you look at the unit itself and first thing I noticed was the dongle itself. The reason I focused on this first is I tend to not use a dongle mouse on the go because I have a fear of breaking it off for some reason or another. This one though is so small it feel like it's part of the computer, which for someone like me it's a perfect fit. The big test I gave this mouse was a little computer game I play that makes me click on anything + everything like crazy! This mouse kept up, never felt it lagging behind and just like it advertises it works on every surface I tried. especially glass....Felt like I had to test it with how many times it said INCLUDING GLASS lol. The only thing that I didn't get working, keep in mind I didn't try too hard, was the Logitech Options flow thing. I give points to Logitech for being creative and pushing the boundaries on what I consider a normal mouse to do. The process itself didn't work on the first or second try so maybe a little better to do guide with that would have been warranted. Otherwise this unit is amazing and is now my daily driver as I have to travel a lot. Easy recommendation for the man/woman on the go. Thanks for reading my review.

These work so well we have four of them. One is my daily driver for use with my work laptop, my wife and I each have one for our personal laptops, and we have another one for our media PC in the family room. Just the right size and ergonomic enough of a shape that it feels very comfortable to use for long periods of time. So glad we no longer need mouse pads since these seem to work so well on just about any smooth surface. We also love the customizability for use with different apps and the fact we don't have to constantly worry about recharging them. Great product!
