    Great TKL Keyboard, but...

It's a great looking keyboard and feels great! The switches are responsive and pretty quiet, I am coming from a mechanical keyboard that had Blue switches. The RGB lighting effects are amazing, and I love that you can make your own custom lighting effects fairly easy. My only gripe is that Logitech could have utilized the space about the Function keys (F1-F12) much better. They could have added dedicated media buttons, instead of hooking them into other keys as a secondary button. There was definitely enough space for them.

Great keyboard, but lacking for price

I really like the RGB for it, I really like the tactile switches as well. My main problems are that it comes with no wrist rest, which I was surprised by for the price point, and one of the keys already had its paint chipped after a day. It is a big upgrade over my last keyboard.

I purchased this Logitech Pro keyboard for several reasons: 1) It is compact due to the elimination of the extra number keys on the side. 2) It is possible to control the light color of every key. 3) The keyboard is heavy and sturdy. 4) The keys are quite responsive and perfect for gaming. I have had numerous keyboards since my first computer in 1980's, and this keyboard is by far my favorite. The only criticism I have is with the instructions for the software; it took me quite a while to figure out how to set up the colors for the keys.

This keyboard has a true mechanical feel. If you want a keyboard compact and functional, look know further. You can control the RGB with the Logitech Gaming software and it is compatible with the 933 Artemis gaming headset and Proteus gaming mouse with RGB management.

I was a bit skeptical about switching to the Romer G keys after being so used to the Corsair Cherry MX reds, but I'm glad I did! This is definitely one of the best keyboards I have ever owned. The RGB lighting on this keyboard is one of the bests I've ever seen. I just wish it came with some sort of wrist rest as my hands start to hurt a bit if I don't have the keyboard positioned well on my table.

I bought this keyboard to replace an Aukey keyboard that I bought on amazon about 2 years ago! I liked my aukey mech board but the keys were a little too loud for me and some of the keys were also failing me as they were not being recognized when being pressed so I knew it was time for an upgrade! The aukey keyboard had a numb pad but it was annoyingly big long because of this. I decided to go with a board without a numb pad and saw sooo many reviews on this board and decided to buy this on sale and I am super happy I did! The keys are quieter but still tactile! And the board itself feels like it’s made out of good quality materials! The individual keys can be colored different colors which makes for great customization. Without the num pad, it feels and looks much better on my desk! Overall I’m super happy with this board and I don’t see any reason whatsoever to upgrade this one, anytime soon! If it breaks or something, I will most likely buy it again unless another newer version comes out!

If you want a tkl keyboard or dont want to buy a 60% keyboard cuz it might be too small for you, this is a good alternate choice. RGB is nice, software from Logitech is very simple, the build on this keyboard is very solid. Plus its on sale at BestBuy :).

Keyboard is great in my honest opinion. Responsive, heavy duty, the perfect keyboard for gamers or those with a small desk. Only drawback is the lack of a wrist rest.

Got this keyboard because the one that came with my gaming computer was too big. This one is compact, efficient use of space, and the keying strength is perfect for me. And the rainbow colors running throughout the keyboard is amazing!

I have a G810 Orion Spectrum and wanted a TKL keyboard to pair with my BitFenix Prodigy build. The G Pro is DENSE. I couldn't believe how heavy it was out of the box. It's made with quality components just like the G810 and doesn't scream "gamer" like the 910 or 410. I'm also a fan of Romer-G switches and the dazzling RGB keys. Doesn't include a wrist rest though.

this year was the year to update my pc to more viable in the pc gaming realm. although my Logitech G510 still worked, I needed something that was still receiving support. This keyboard provides everything I need to game. from the backlit keys (and not to mention, being able to color specific keys an alternate color) is great. Its tactile, sturdy, and sleek. if you plan on doing non-gaming jobs, you might want something else. I still find myself reaching for a 10 key pad that just isn't there anymore. but my only intent for this keyboard is gaming so I have to retrain myself to use the number keys at the top instead of the side.

I needed a small keyboard because of limited desk space and this keyboard fits that limited space perfectly. Not having a number keypad is a great way to save space (I rarely used the keypad on my old keyboard). Being able to customize the keys' lights individually through the Logitech support app is another big bonus. There are so many different colors and effects to choose from and there has to be something for everyone considering the vast amount of light combinations available. **** I would recommend this keyboard to anyone who doesn't use a number keypad often and wants a more compact keyboard. (Minus 1 star for the price-tag. It seems a little expensive paying over 100 for a keyboard when there are plenty of other gaming keyboards out there for $50 or less.)

    My Second RomerG Keyboard!

I bought a larger version of this keyboard for one of my computers about a year ago and I loved it so much that I bought this one for a computer I use that is in a smaller space. I hate typing on membrane keyboards now. Typical mechanical keyboards are too clicky-clacky for me, but the Romer G mechanical keyboards feel perfect. I type so much faster on them. And, as a plus, they are beautifully lit up right out of the box, but programmable to endless lighting schemes. Fabulous keyboards!

I recently acquired a beautiful wood desk with a keyboard tray. While the tray is wide enough for a full sized keyboard, if you go that route your mouse will have to sit on top of the desk instead of to the side of the keyboard. Since I do not need the number keys, I decided to try the G Pro. It fit with enough room to run my mouse to the right. Typing is a breeze with a good solid feel, solid clicks and great feedback. Software lets you change colors (default is the colorwave, I switched to solid red). Only drawback is the volume keys. My full size keyboard had a single roller switchg, this requires and fn-key press

I have owned several mechanical gaming keyboards. Often, there is something subtle wrong with the implementation. Sometimes the mechanical keys are too loud, annoying to the users as well as anyone else in the house. Sometimes the back lighting is implemented in such a way that most of the light goes around the keys and not through them, actually making the keys more difficult to read in low light. This Logitech G Pro keyboard is just right. Good backlighting, good key action and not too loud. I also like the ten key-less design which lets me position the mouse closer to the keyboard.

I have been using this keyboard now for a few weeks and it's great. The feel of the Romer G key switches, the quality of the lighting, the board overall... it's a great keyboard. The only thing that would make this board better in my opinion would be if any key on it could be remapped to something different, but I am not going to take anything away from the keyboard for that since that's more of a software issue. Maybe Logitech will update their gaming software to include that functionality one day in the future, that would make all of their keyboard way better overnight. Still, I love this little tenkeyless keyboard.

I originally purchased the G810 mechanical gaming keyboard which was a full size keyboard with the 10keys. This is a shorter more compact (portable) gaming keyboard with a USB connection to the keyboard. This allows you to disconnect the cable from the keyboard and pack it along with your other gaming peripherals. The keys feel even better than the G810 (even though they use the same RomerG keys). The great response and tactile feel to this keyboard beats out previously owned Chroma Blackwidow and before that the Red Dragon mechanical keyboard. I recommend giving this a try.
