My home is cleaner than it has been in years. Amazing how much hair and dust was under my couches. Just hit the run button from your cell phone, and off it goes.

This vacuum does an excellent job, I'd say it's an upright replacement. I use it on hardwood as well as camper. Having LIDAR definitely helps as the paths it takes are intelligent and efficient.

I love my NEATO! We named him Wall-e. He does a marvelous job keeping my house fresh and clean. I plan on buying another for my upstairs.

So much better than any irobot in this price range, the laser guidance is amazing, it picks up hair well, but I wish it had side brush and a little more suction!

Good vacuum for the price I have had both brands and Neato does a good job at keeping up with the same technology.

We have had 3 different brands of robot vacuums & Neato is by far the best. Its great with complicated floor plans & pet hair. Though I highly recommend springing for the Best Buy warranty as without it repairs are next to impossible as there's not many repair shops that work with them.

I purchased this because I have a dog and two cats and have to vacuum daily. It is so wonderful to come home to a clean floor. It does an amazing job of keeping my hardwoods and carpet cleaned.

Once I found out Neato updated their programming to all their robot vacs, I bought this one. It has all the features of the newer ones but half the cost. First night I used it, I had already cleaned the floors with a swiffer. This vac picked up a ton of dirt and pet hair that was left behind. It had no problems docking and it completed my floor layout in an hour. I would buy a second for the upstairs!

We have a 100 Akita puppy who is shedding a lot. It gets the hair up off the floor no problem.

I had the old neato and loved until it died. We picked this up as it had a connection to Alexa and has some cool features. I really like the map feature that shows where it has cleaned. So far it has worked great!

This has made my life so much easier!!! I am very pleased!!

I have used this product for a little over a month and so far it has been great. The only thing I could say which I thing happens with all robots is it gets stuck on higher pile rugs. I would recommend this product for anyone looking

Keeps floors clean and lets you know once it is done.

I have had both a Neato and iRobot vacuum and love both of them but if you have ocd on the vacuum lines in the rug, definitely go with neato as iRobot does not stay in a consistent line, it bounces everywhere. Other than that, they are both great quality robots!

We have a D5 downstairs (more square feet to clean), and got this one for upstairs. Works great on the wooden floors and the carpet and transitions between them without a hitch!

The Neatorobotics - Botvac D3 pro would clean in the same place. I had to be babysitting it to so it can clean the entire place. It worked for about a year and then it would not connect to the phone. I gave it to someone else and they couldn't connected either.
