We have a loveable golden retriever who sheds with wild abandon. We run this Neato every other day and it efficiently vacuums up every last strand.

It is a really good vacuum but I really wish it had a side brush for corners. It is way better than the equivalent Roomba.

I sweep manually once a week to get everything but this is good to keep it clean.

I like the neato bot vac vacuum so much i got this for a gift for someone and they LOVE it best robotic vacuum around!!!

Bought this product with the extended warranty. Out of the box, it works phenomenally. But time and time again it broke down and required repair or replacement. We went through about 4 different vacuums in under 3 years. Consider a more reliable brand.

this device has very poor suction ended up returning and getting Samsung brand

I tried to get this to work but it just kept going under my dining room table and getting stuck. Returned it.

this vacuum did not work properly or at all. It was frustrating to watch it go over dirt and dog hair and not pick it up. I would not recommend

Preformed better than expected. Very thorough in cleaning. I have a Dyson vac and I ran my D3 through its first cycle of cleaning and immediately after ran the Dyson. Dyson had some pet hair in it's bin, but compaired to a normal cleaning it was very little. The suction on the D3 is very good. It probably beats some uprights. It never got hung up on anything and returned to it's base 3 different times to recharge and continue with no problems at all. I had no problems pairing up with all my smart devices either. For a robot vacuum cleaner, I'm very impressed with it's suction, intelligence and performance. I'm very happy I made this purchase. It's just one less thing I need to worry about.

I'm so happy I went with this robot. We first got a Deebot, it was terrible, returned it, and picked up this D3 Pro. Note: The Pro version comes with better filters, a filter comb/brush thing, and a little strip that can mark off boundaries. This robot is super good at navigating turns and mapping a smart course around our house. It's a tad louder than the Deebot was but that's fine because we run it when we aren't home. Everything connected to our wifi super easy and it's connected to Alexa now as well. Good work Neato!

We purchased the Neato D3 Pro connected to replace our base model iRobot. This is a much better vacuum/robot than the iRobot base model. The D3 does a great job keeping up with the cat hair. The D3 works very well switching from tile to carpet and doesn’t get lost. Our previous iRobot wasn’t able to switch from the tile to carpet as the carpet had dark areas that the iRobot thought was a cliff. Can’t say enough how impressed we are with this little robot

Just got this home last week and have been sending it out to clean daily while I'm at work. Super easy to set-up app to program the settings. I have two dogs and this is not a problem for the vacuum to pick up all the hair on carpet and wood floors. Will consider the purchase of another unit for my mom for the Holiday's.

This vacuum is amazing, I’ve had the others and have found that Neato is the best one, and very affordable.

I was screptical on any rubric ckeaning system but this little machine. But this little machine prove to me it’s worth the $. I reviewed a lot of cleaners before the purchase. This stood out and I’m really glad I purchased it. It really does the job and every day it runs and there is nothing on the floor not even out dogs hair.
