This is the best thing since sliced Bread! It cleans really well and I would have gave it more stars but it does have some issues! It is really Loud! Cord isn't long enough and if you have hand scraped floors you Cannot go " crossways " on them without leaving line marks! It does Vacuum everything in its path well! You can mix your own cleaning solutions as long as they are not foamy! The led lights are just okay they could be much brighter! It is Very lightweight and swivels really well. It also cleans/rinses itself off when placed in the tray! It does a good job! Make sure you are standing by the trash can when you go to dump it, because the little basket separates the debris, makes a mess since contents are wet! All parts are washable and its a really nice for what it does! I LOVE it especially having dogs it's easy to use and cleans very well. The price is on the higher end IMO, now they have a cordless I want instead! So I would save my money for the next model up! You get more for your money!

Crazy - they get vacuumed all the time, but this is a whole different level of clean. We have a cat and a dog and I just used this to clean a 10x10 area rug and it picked up so much dirt and cat hair I was frankly shocked. Just seeing the dirty water container from the one rug makes me want to clean all our rugs now. Super easy to use with well thought out buttons, it's lightweight, but packs a ton of suction. I also really like the cleaning tray that you put it in after you are done - just add a little water and turn it back on and it automatically cleans the brush head (think paint roller).

Although I don’t have pets, I purchased the Bissell Pet Pro, hoping it would extract human hair from carpet and prevent hair from wrapping around the roller as the infomercials claim it does with pet hair. The wet/dry vac extracted the hair very well however, human hair still wrapped around the rollers. The wet/dry vac cleaned the floors exceptionally well, extracting more dirt than what I believed was there. It worked well on carpet, laminate, linoleum, and ceramic tile floors. There are a couple things that would make this product better. If it was capable of drying the floors and if it was not completely made of plastic. I would not recommend using this product on laminate floors with a high gloss finish because you spend more time manually wiping and drying your floors in small sections at a time to remove the residual streaks that make your floors look dirtier than they did prior to cleaning them which defeats the whole purpose of the wet/dry vac providing users with a method of cleaning with less effort. The wet/dry vac is mostly plastic which makes it very light, but ensures that it will not last for years to come. Although It’s a bit pricey, overall, I really do like the product as it is exceptional at removing dirt which is evidenced from the separate dirty water tank.

After I got it together and used it, I was floored. I love that I can go from carpet to hard floor in seconds. Yes, I said carpet. I purchased it because I have a new puppy who was potty training at the time. I have a Bissell spot cleaner, and a LARGE Bissell carpet cleaner I've had for YEARS. It's really just to much for me to use. After reviewing, I decided on this. It's easy to use, easy to clean, and does it's job wonderfully. And of course, Being Purple made it all the better! I would defiantly recommend.

I am loving this mop. I've used it a few times now on tile and vinyl flooring. It's light and easy to maneuver. It's super quick to disassemble and rinse off after you use it. I love that it sucks up debris before mopping, and I love that I can use it to dry the floor while mopping. Its only shortcoming is the corners--plan on first scrubbing the corners by hand and then going back with this to get the rest of the floor. A stiff roller brush is sold separately for stubborn dirt - but for every day maintenance the multisurface pet brush is great. I actually *want* to mop my floors now! No more bucket or wringer!

I am so happy that I purchased the Bissell Crosswave Pet Pro! I have tile floors and with three cats and one dog, there are always bits and pieces of whatever on my floors. It does the nicest job. I also have a few low pile area rugs that I am able to spot clean as necessary with the press of a switch. The product is a little pricey but honestly, now that I have it, I can see why. The machine is light weight, really easy to clean, comes with all the things you need and is really snazzy looking!

This mop/vacuum combo is a great addition to any home, especially one with pets. The mop feature isn’t perfect, and is best for maintenance mopping as opposed to heavy duty cleaning. Overall extremely happy with this product.

we have two huskies, two cats, and mostly hardwood flooring. this has been a gamechanger in our cleaning and household maint. its much easier to grab and use than some of the larger bissels and has more power than our older one (the miniature for spot cleaning)

It does the job and is easy to use. My only complaint is the cleanup and aftercare. The filter and the dirty water tank are not the easiest to clean. I use this for our hardwoods and rugs. I still recommend it, I just hate the cleanup on the machine afterwards.

I love the the 2 in 1 convenience of this machine. Its does a good job mopping the floors. There have been a couple of small things that had to be wipe by hand. Which was a tiny piece of something sticky. I use it once a day to wash my floors. Multiple times a day to vacuum up crumbs etc. And as needed if one of my kiddos spill something. The vacuum has great suction. The size of the fill tank is a great size for the rooms I clean. Its super easy to disassemble for cleaning and wiping down after use. The floor caddy is also another great feature! It has 2 knobs to stand mop heads upright (2 mop heads were included). It gives you the ability to wash right after use and having another available immediately. The caddy enables you to keep everything tidy and in one area. I have only tried this dry/wet vac so I have no comparisons personally. I think the price was rather high compared to other dry/wet vacuums. But after talking with other moms who seem to be satisfied with other products that were budget friendly. It sounds like many of them didn't come with any additional accessories like this product. So Bottom line I'm overall happy with my purchase.

I already gave one and it is great so I purchased this for my son. Keeps my tile floors and carpet looking great.

This is absolutely fantastic. I've been looking for something that works this good for 3 years. It's easy to use and easy to clean. I highly recommend this Bissell for your hardwood floors and your rugs. It helps freshen your big rug in the living or dinning room. Keeps your throw rug clean, you don't have to wash them in the washing machine as often. Makes your rugs last longer, just another perk. You'll love it.

I used to have a wireless dyson but that thing just died too fast. After vacuuming I would also use a floor steamer. So decided to switch back to one with a cord and was excited this thing could do multiple things. I do like the new vacuum and it works pretty well on carpet and as a carpet shampooer. The only down side is on the hard wood floors I don’t think it does the best “mopping” or “steam cleaning.” I still end up using my floor steamer after. But overall good product.

Works ok. Leaves streaks sometimes. Cleans well. Picks up dog hair great!

I used to have the Hoover Floor mate, the deluxe as well. But you had to sweep before you washed floors. This thing is quick, doesn't create dust from sweeping. Super easy to clean, extremely light weight. Must have item if you have pets that shed, track mud in the house. It works great on carpet too. Gets all of the pet hairs out that most vacuums leave behind.It is loud but you get use to the sound.

This is a lifesaver for homes with children or pets, cleans rugs as well as hard wood and tile. Easy to build, operate and clean. 10 out of 10!!

Very happy with this Crosswave for our house that's mainly hardwood floors, vinyl plank, tile, and some areas rugs. Being able to clean up and mop at once is nice, and it's fairly easy to clean and maintain as well

As I have a new puppy who has lots of accidents, this multi-surface cleaner is exactly what I needed. Great for cleaning up spots whether on the floor or the carpet. I also use the Bissell carpet cleaner that has the "instant stain remover" label on it. So far, it has removed any stain that I have encountered - even old ones. Then I use the Bissell CrossWave to wash the carpet. It is also very easy to clean.
