I like it ok, but I prefer my 2.0. My 2.0 has been converted to make a pot. This one can only make a small cup at a time. It allows travel size but it takes several pods unless you want weak coffee. I use this one to perk a flavored cup then add it to my pot to give it a kick of Carmel or vanilla etc.

I replaced our old Keurig about a month ago. The only reason this isn't a "5" is because we are still learning all the new bells and whistles. Also my wife says it takes a little longer to brew than the previous model if but only we are talking about seconds.

We loved our former keurig but sadly it was not repairable. This one should have been the same model (if not slightly better), and yet we have been sadly disappointed! For starters, it seems to say “low water level when the water is still almost half full in the container portion. Very annoying to have to constantly fill it even though, in reality, it has plenty of water to make several more cups. Also, the water lid has to be taken off completely each time you need to fill it, and our old one had a flip top that you could leave in place and merely open to add water. Next, the amount of coffee that is dispensed on the “largest” cup size doesn’t even fill my mug to 3/4 full and barely just reaches a half a mug. And next, and most annoying of all is the racket that comes from the machine! It is so ridiculously loud, it’s insane! For one, it sounds as if there is zero insulation so the water heating up is loud… Beyond that, the motor literally sounds like it is grinding and scraping as it brews each cup! For the noise alone, we are going to be contacting Keurig for a replacement… And lastly, I ordered this color because of how pretty I thought it would look in our kitchen. It does, from the front… if you see it from the side, which tends to show a lot from where it goes on our countertop, the entire side of the machine is black. Makes it look cheap and cheesy! I spent way to much on it to have the function be so poorly designed…

It's better than previously model (K4 or K5) because they are get rid of unreliable LCD to physical button instead. It's better built than most K series. I highly recommend get extended warranty from BB.

This is my third Keurig....after seeing all the great reviews I figured I'd try them again...very disappointed. I have only had it 4 months and between my husband and self only drink a total of three to four cups of coffee daily and like all the others they don't perform. It only delivers 1/2 cup of coffee and you have to run each cup through two cycles. I even use the weekly cleaning pods and do the scaling to no avail.

I bought the K-Elite for my parents Christmas. They had their last one 11 years and it still worked, but it was time for an upgrade. They are thrilled with this new Keurig! They love the option to make hot or iced coffee, it's much quieter than the previous model, holds plenty of water and the lighted display is wonderful. Keurig has been a solid brand for us for years. This model is highly recommended!! Thanks Keurig!

I purchased the Keurig K-Elite Serve K-cup Pod Coffee Maker in Brushed Silver, and I'm thoroughly impressed with its performance and design. I decided to upgrade from my old Keurig that faithfully served me for 5 years, and I must say, I'm delighted with my choice.
The brushed silver finish gives the coffee maker a sleek and modern appearance that fits perfectly with my kitchen decor. Its compact size doesn't take up much counter space, which is a definite plus. As someone who values both aesthetics and functionality, this coffee maker satisfies on both fronts.
One of the main reasons I chose the K-Elite Serve is due to its reputation for longevity. As someone who enjoys a daily cup of coffee, I've learned the importance of regular maintenance to ensure the machine's durability. I wholeheartedly agree with the sentiment that if you keep these coffee makers clean on a regular basis, they can last for a very long time. It's a small effort that goes a long way in preserving the life of this investment.
The convenience of using K-cup pods cannot be overstated. Whether it's a busy morning or a lazy weekend, the K-Elite Serve offers a quick and hassle-free brewing experience. The variety of coffee flavors and beverage options available in K-cup pods means there's always something for everyone.
The brewing process itself is impressively fast, and the coffee always comes out at the perfect temperature for immediate enjoyment. The strong brew option is a great feature for those days when I need an extra kick of caffeine. The large water reservoir minimizes the need for constant refilling, and the removable drip tray makes cleaning up spills a breeze.
In conclusion, I am more than pleased with my purchase of the Keurig K-Elite Serve K-cup Pod Coffee Maker in Brushed Silver. It's a reliable and stylish addition to my kitchen that consistently delivers a great cup of coffee. If you're looking for a coffee maker that not only brews excellent coffee but also has the potential to last for years, then I wholeheartedly recommend the K-Elite Serve. Just remember to treat it to regular cleaning, and you'll be enjoying fantastic coffee for a long time to come.

Needed a new Keurig since old one died. This is the closest they now make to that model. It seems to be made even stronger than the old one in flimsy areas and you can hear that they now have a much better water pump inside which is what died on the old one. Touch screen models have been discontinued because they were overkill and unnecessary. These new models are more simplistic and easy to use. This model has 5 cup size choices and even a dedicated cold brew function.

But, my removal of 1 star, and I actually believe I’m being generous here, is for the way Best Buy described and shipped the Keurig Elite. What I purchased was an “Open Box-Excellent”product. I’ve purchased many open box items over many many years, and from many different stores. That being said, until the past few years Best Buy was always the premier seller in this category, without a doubt. I don’t know about you but I always expected an “Open Box-Excellent,” usually a simple customer return in the original box but the box might be damaged, thus the discount. After going back and reviewing the description and doing some research, I realized the error is mine. Times have changed …people throw away the boxes right away then decide they don’t like it and return it for a full refund on Best Buy’s dime. Now I did get a big discount for this and realizing that was my error in assumption is not my complaint with the product or Best Buy for this reason. Although, I do believe customers would be better served if an actual full description of the product they are going to receive is listed online. It may save everyone some headaches in the long run. My problem with Best Buy is the way they packaged my Keurig Elite. They didn’t have the original box and they packed it in a cardboard Keurig box with bubble wrap, which in itself would be absolutely fine, but whomever tested the machine didn’t remove the remaining water that primes the tubing. It actually seemed like there was a lot more water but I really can’t imagine anyone putting an instruction manual in a water tank that still had water inside, can you? The manual was completely wet along with everything else inside the box. It was a complete mess. Once cleaned up it works fine so far…I wish I would’ve thought to take pictures or video but I didn’t grow up taking pictures of everything. It’s not my first thought or even my second. So, again great deal if it continues to work. Employees at Best Buy need some training or something..I don’t know. It wasn’t always like this.

This is my 4th kuerig maker. I still have 2 others. One is the much older model, maybe 2015-16?? I also bought one to travel with which is a Sam's Club model. I thought it was a good deal until I opened it and realized it only allowed for 3 cup sizes instead of 5. Unfortunately, I couldn't locate the 3 cup size unit after my move, so decided to just try a new one.
I have also tried a Mr. Coffee for about $70 a few years ago. It was painfully slow to heat and had a long wait about 4-5 minutes between each cup of coffee..after a couple of months with Mr Coffee, I got frustrated with it and just threw it the trash one day.
A couple of my friends have the new mini-kuerig which heats up superfast but only holds enough water for maybe 2 cups of coffee...NOPE.
This new one is my most expensive Kuerig yet. I wanted the largest water reservoir I could afford. Too bad they don't have a full gallon sized option.
I also wanted 5 cup sizes.
I was on the fence about getting a rather eclectic color like Gold. It seems to fit well in my new apt. very well!
Plus I like the new fancy lights and menus.
I also got the Iced option as a bonus. And my roommate loves the Strong option.
But the best bonus was the SmartStart feature. So all I have to do is place the cup, turn it on , insert k-cup and pick a size. Then it automatically starts pumping my favorite fresh coffee as soon as it heats up. That has saved me a lot of frustration and wasted time where I used to occasionally forget I was waiting for coffee and had to restart the whole process again.
You really need to read the manual to get the most out of this full-featured model. It's not fully intuitive.
I highly recommend this unit !

I purchased this kerug as an upgrade from single one. Rhe bronze brushed was a perfect match with the rest o my appliances. It does not leave finger print smudges and cleans easily. The larger water tank with filter is a nice bonus, I dont have to refill it after two large cups. I love the ice coffe option, this was the main purpose for purchasing the product. The hot water button is awesome as I often add too much cream by mistake and it goes cold after a few minutes. This feature perks the coffee at a higer temperature! There are additional program settings including setting the time for the machine to shut off as well as setting a scheduling to perk your coffee before you get out of bed ( I haven't tried this not sure if you can do without getting up).
