Cleans better than expected, and mop function is pretty good. It doesn't support 5g wifi, so , be mindful of what your internet has. If u have a 2g, 5g internet, you might have to create seperate passwords, depends on your carrier. Their customer service is pretty good via email, telephone is terrible. The app is pretty good, mapping , virtual wall etc.. However, the app crashed on me twice, and then you half to reset EVERYTHING! That is only reason why I didn't give it a 5 star rating.

My wife and I are retired and keeping up with vacuuming and mopping has become a chore because of our cats and fur everywhere. That's why we decided on a robot vacuuming tool. The Ecovacs Deebot Ozmo 930 turned out to be a good product once I got it connected to our wi-fi. I needed the help of Ecovacs support because the user guide didn't cover the issue I experienced. Ecovacs support was very responsive and provided me with an ever expanding list of things to try to make the wi-fi connect. The 14th item on their list proved to be a success. We have used the Deebot for a month now. It does a very good job on our carpets and finds it way into all areas of our large house (4000 sq. ft.). We have it vacuum the carpets and floors twice a week on a schedule because of cat fur. It normally does the whole house in two sessions with a four hour charge in between. I normally do a check of the house on the days Deebot is scheduled to clean to make sure that doors are open, chairs are pulled out from tables about six inches and cords are tucked away. When I forget to check, it's not a problem because if it gets stuck, the app shows me where it is. Currently we have the Deebot mop the floors once a week. The mopping is so-so. It does the floor and doesn't go on the carpets which is good. However, it's best to check the floors first for spills that might have been missed when they occured, as its mopping won't clean them up. After checking for spills start it manually rather than on a schedule. Instead of doing the whole house it is possible to concentrate on an area. This can be done in several ways. Once it has created a map of the house, the app divides them into areas. Simply check what area or areas you want cleaned and let it go. This can also be put on a schedule if you have some areas that need cleaning more often than others.

We had a cheap robot vacuum that I had purchased off of Amazon for around $100. Needless to say this is a huge upgrade. It has done a great job of mapping out our house and not cleaning the same spot over and over again. The mopping feature was really the reason we went with this model. It isn't going to do a deep scrub of our floors, but it does a good job.

Once again the customer service is outstanding. I love my Deebot 930. Easy to use,with the mopping,sweeping and vacuuming features its complete. I can use my app when I am away from home ,and come home to clean floors!

The Vacuum works well...some difficulty getting it to connect to Wi-Fi. It will definitely find and get tangled in any cords. Mapped my house easily enough. Dustbin is way too small for house with dog hair...have to keep tabs on it and empty during its run. Haven't tried the mop yet.

I’ve had his for almost a month. I’ve only used the vacuum feature; haven’t used the mop feature yet. So far is has worked good for me. I run it every 2-3 days and it picks up dirt and dust very well. Every time I run it, it picks up dust which shows how good the vacuuming power Is. This keeps my hardwood and rugs clean which aids in keeping the house clean. It’s quite where I can run it while watching tv. Cleaning the dust bin is very easy. Like the app with he map feature. It’s only got stuck once since I’ve owned it. And that was it trying to navigate under my dining room table. Reason for the 4 stars is that it still bumps into things even tho it’s recognized on the map and knows that it’s there. It’s smart enough to not fall down stairs. Lastly, wished it supported multi level map without going to a higher priced robot vac. Overall, I’m happy.

We really enjoyed the deebot vac. It vacuumed very well and the map feature was really nice. It would scan your home and create a map. I could just select which room I wanted cleaned and it would clean it. Mopping feature was ok, as you could only use water in it, so you would have to pre soak your floors prior to using. I ended up returning this vacuum because after 20 days the wheel locked up and had to go with another brand because they were out of stock. New vac is ok, but I still miss my deebot.

Received Deebot as Mother’s Day gift in May 2019. Loved how it worked until about 4 months in. Contacted manufacturer since it was still under their warranty. A nightmare trying to get unit repaired or replaced. Took over 1 1/2 of back and forth emails to get a replacement unit. All the while my 1 year warranty was being used and I had no unit. Customer service could use some help! Deebot delivers when it actually works. Crossing fingers hoping this unit doesn’t fail.

It works well as a vacuum. The Mop feature is no something that would be used. The Mop feature was one of the main reasons I picked this robot. However in practice it is not being used. I would, however, recommend this unit even if you don't use the mop feature. It handles obstacles well and won't fall down the stairs. I was also impressed how it handles varying surfaces, including area rugs that have lifted edges. we have one area rug that is curled up in one spot significantly and it handles it without issue. Only down side I see at this point is the lack of a dumping station built into the charging base. running twice a day the on board dirt builds up pretty fast and we tend to forget to check the dirt level. If you can remember to check every few days it should not be an issue

I normally don’t write reviews, but I would have never imagined something so small having such a HUGE impact in my home. The robot is very smart, and it is true that it senses carpet verse hard floors and changes vacuum suction accordingly. The way the vacuum maps out your home is awesome, and the app on my phone works perfectly. I love this vacuum so much that I purchase the warranty from BestBuy since I use this product daily, and I’m sure the battery will have to be replaced down the road like any battery used on a daily basis. My floors have never been cleaner, and this robot makes me clean up behind myself daily so all and all a great investment.

At first i was very impressed with an app and how smart it is avoiding things. But it needs so so much care. At least in my house. Always stuck in the wires under the table even after i put down borders in the app. Losing mop attachment every other day for no reason. Btw it doesn't mop good at all. It was good for about a month, but now it's easier to grab a broom and do it myself. Much faster and reliable.

Map not completely right but its really close. I bought because of my wife , she was skeptical until she saw how great it cleaned. She said she wanted it to clean everyday.

After a month of daily use this vaccum works amazing. Great suction, and it cleans every corner very well. The downside is that with camera mounted so high it won't detect any small items or changes in floor height. It will regularly get stuck on small items of clothing like socks and will just turn off there because it can't move. I also have a fireplace that has a small lip on it about 2in tall for the base and the vaccum doesn't detect it so it constantly rams it going fairly fast. Hoping to find a way around this. I have it set up to automatically vaccum my kitchen, bathroom, and litter box room nightly, and the entire home every other day. Keeps the house clean! I love it.

I love my robot vac. It cleans so well and so accurately. It allows me to do other things while it keeps my apt dust, dirt and pet hair free.

Came over from iRobot - had 3 different Roomba's over the past 7 years. This performs as well on the vacuum side - the mopping feature makes it better in my view. Like the Roombas I've had, for some reason these things fixate on the parts of a room you don't want it to - like spending a disproportionate time under a couch or around the cords or around the fireplace tools but I love the blocking feature in the app on this guy. I do recommend this guy for sure.

Useless product with full of problems. Not a lot of suction power. Brush keeps getting tangled for small particles of dust or hair. We have to make area clear of obstacles before we start the cleaning. This is not luxury but adding work and we have to keep monitoring it. Battery life is about 30 to 40 minutes, it is not completing cleaning for the entire area and after recharging it is not picking where it left off. Mop is not that great. I would not even give this a single star. Ecovacs Customer support is also useless, if we report any issues during warranty time they were sending instructions for resetting and sent additional two pages steps to follow which didn’t fix any problems.

Was overall please for awhile with this vacuum. I got it for the mopping feature however it Just sprays a mist over the ground and I don’t think that was worth the extra money. I have had to had this replaced once due to it making a crazy sound. It does pick up a good amount of particles so it is great for that.

Works as it should most of the time. Only issue is when you have to pick it up because it got stuck or something gets moved it will reset the map wich everything gets moved around my house everyday since u have 3 kids lol so its constantly resetting the map. Another thing is the top part radar or w.e. the mapping thing on top of vacuum is taller than my older robot vacuum so it cant go under a few things that my other one could. Other than that no issues.

Ok I really like this mop vac. It mops, sweeps, and vacuums. I will say that the set up is aggravating though. It took 5 hrs to set up. I am tech savvy. The app just didn't want to connect on my note 9. After it finally connected and updated, it has worked nice. It picks up rooms with its radar technology. I have baby gates up and it even gets a good picture of that room with its radar.

Works great. Helps pickup dog hair. Must have if you have have a smart home.
