So let me first say that by purchasing this vacuum you also have the ability to make a $10 donation from Bissell to help animal rescue. Even if your not an animal lover please take the time to register it only takes a few minutes and goes to a good cause. With that said hands down this is the best vacuum we've ever owned. The suction is great, the swivel head is amazing and allows you to really get around chairs and objects on the floor. It sucks up so much stuff we're so surprised to see the amount of hair, dirt, and dust it picks up. This vacuum is also excellent for multi surface floors. We use it on our tile downstairs and rugs upstairs. The only weak point I would say about this vacuum is that the hand tool attachment works mediocre-at-best. Nonetheless it still does work ok but not great.

We have two Huskies so our vacuums get put to the test. So far so good at getting dog hair and dust out of the carpet. The swivel took a little getting used to but I like it now. The belt snapped on the second use when I inadvertently sucked up a backpack strap but replacements were easy to order. Overall so far so good.

A bit clunky and feels like a cheaper vacuum; but has good suction... Works well on fur and debris from animals well. Cleans my sofa well...Best feature is the retractable cord. All upright vacuums should have this. I like this Bissell bc it donates to homeless animals.

The vacumm clean moves with you while you clean. It gets into hard to clean areas. It picks up dog hair and has good suction power. I also like the the cord rewinds into the machine. You do not have to worry about wrapping the cord that does not stay in place. I recommend the vacum cleaner.

It's lighter weight then the old upright is nice, much easier to get around with. It does have plenty of suction. The tank is oh, so easy to empty. No mess, no fuss. The retractable cord is a great plus, and it's plenty long enough.

EXTREMELY LOUD!!!!! Great Suction... for hard floors & carpet. Was a little disappointed when it arrived because the box had been opened and re-taped. I think I was sent an open box product but Paid for Non-Open Box. TY

Great vacuum at a great price. We have 4 cats and there is so much fur everywhere all the time. This does an excellent job of picking it all up. Easy to clean out too

I bought this vacuum to replace an older, cheaper Bissel I had. As the owner of a husky, I needed something that could pick up a lot of hair and this vacuum did the trick and then some. My last vacuum was fine for the hair but this Bissel picked up far more pet dander than that one ever could. The tank is big enough that I can cover both my area rugs without needing to empty it out and the tank being able to detach from the vacuum makes emptying it a far cleaner and easier experience. The retractable cord is fantastic and is a very nice length that allows me to get everything without needing to change outlets. One thing I will say is that the included Febreeze air filter is a little overbearing at first but it is completely optional to use. Overall, a fantastic vacuum for the price.

Great value and excellent performance. Not as light as I would want but for as long as it gets the job done, happy with this. The suction is powerful and gets dirt and hair trapped in the carpet and rug. Recommended.

We have been very impressed with this vacuum. We have 3 cats, 2 are longhairs and white so the pet hair gets ridiculous. This does a great job of picking up the hair, even from the carpet. The container is a little small for the size of the job we have, but plenty for a more normal house. We don't have a problem and wouldn't buy one larger at this point. I love the rewind cord. I will never buy a vacuum without that feature again. It vacuum is also very maneuverable and light. All big pluses. We are buying another one of these as a gift for our daughter, and yes, we do like her so it's because we also like the vacuum.

Love this vacuum. First time I used it was amazed the amount of pet hair that came out of the carpet. Nice and lightweight, love the retractable cord. Easy to use, great vacuum all around. Highly recommend.

This vacuum is great, does the same work as my old one. Suction is great, with my two doggies fur and I like that it's not heavy to carry up or down stairs, plus it swivels (bonus).

I bought this because I used one at work. It is wonderful and the retractable cord is *chefs kiss.

Great suction on all floor surfaces. Easy emptying canister. Automatic cord storage. Can handle thick carpet to bare floors. We have owned Dysons and this vac is better for so much less money.

Bagless vaccums are always my go to! My research led me to this one and it’s definitely worth the buck! The suction is crazy good and it picks up my husky’s hair with ease.

The BEST vacuum I have ever owned! So lightweight, easy to handle, quiet, and smells so good after you vacuum thanks to the Febreeze filter! Well worth the price and then some.

Originally purchased a Dirt Devil that ended up working poorly. Tossed it out and came in to Best Buy where I purchased this cleaner. Works great and is relatively light weight, all the while maintaining suction power.

Really good quality. Works best!!! I’ve had really good results. Picks up even the smallest dirt and dust. Easy to clean and assemble. Definitely recommend it!!!!

Awesome to use for pretty much EVERYTHING!!! But really bought it for my doggos buuuuut still uses it for everything else
